This is my second stay at this hotel. Both times the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. Luggage carts were non existent. Only one of the two elevators were in service. This hotel seems to cater to local families looking to book a room to host large groups of people and use the pool. The room was run down and carpet was filthy. This will be the last time I stay here.

My bad was very uncomfortable. And and besides there somebody was walking right over my head all night long and there was a baby crying in the adjoining room For about a half an hour. I will absolutely not be staying there again.Ever!

Decent size pool, good breakfast, we stayed in a queen suite which was quite big enough for my three boys and a two of my friends kids who were staying in the neighboring room to run around. Several restaurants and stores where nearby. Clean facilities.

When we arrived at check in time our room was not ready and we had to wait an additional 10 minutes while they rushed to have our room set up. Then getting into the room the TV did not work. While not really a big deal with 2 kids after a long drive we did bring it to the front desk. They attempted to fix it, but then we were moved rooms (this would lead to the biggest issue). The pool was not working and since we choose this hotel because of the pool for our kids this obviously was disappointing. The person at the front desk did not seem to know why it was closed and I do appreciate that he worked to get it up and running as soon as possible (the next evening). The biggest issue was on the second day of our stay. We got back to our room after being out of the hotel for more than 6 hours and my young daughters needed time to rest and nap. When we arrived at the hotel people were coming out of our room with our mattresses and box spring. We had to leave for a few hours to wait for mattresses to be replaced. We were not warned that this would be the case before hand and were shocked by this to say the least. When our rooms were finally ready I went to the front desk and there were other families being told that their rooms were not yet ready even though it was several hours after check in time. On a positive note the front desk staff was very friendly and did try their best to assist us, but it seemed as though they were not being properly communicated with.

The building seems did not install the soundproof panel, our room is located at the second floor and it was too noisy from 3rd floor and neighbours. The whole family ended up slept until 1am

We had a two-night stay and it was pleasant. However, it is a pet-friendly hotel and there were some stains on the carpeting in the hallways. There were also a lot of kids and some were running up and down the hallways. If these things bother you, this may not be the hotel for you. Otherwise, the room was clean and somewhat updated. It's also quite large with a kitchenette. I also like that free breakfast is served and there is a nice selection.

The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant when our family checked in, but unfortunately, the room I had initially booked was already given to someone else. Thankfully, we were able to be relocated to a similar room. However, the state of the bathroom and kitchen was far from satisfactory; there was a noticeable smell, and both areas appeared dirty. The bathtub was also clogged, and the drain was extremely slow. We reported these issues on the morning of August 21st, but regrettably, our concerns seemed to be brushed aside by the front desk staff, who treated us with a dismissive attitude. Later that same day, we sought assistance again, and a different front desk employee came to our room to attempt a fix. Unfortunately, their efforts proved to be futile. Eventually, we purchased Drano Max Gel from Walmart, which fortunately helped us clear the clog. Moreover, the bed and bedding were of noticeably low quality, making it uncomfortable to sleep, with springs feeling almost like I was sleeping on the street. Fortunately, we had brought our own comforter covers and sheets to make the experience slightly more bearable. I awarded 3 stars primarily because the room size was larger compared to other hotels I have visited recently. This was the only aspect of the hotel that brought me satisfaction.

I recently stayed at the Home2 hotel and I have to say, it was a disappointing experience. Firstly, the ceilings were paper thin, and as a result, I could hear little kids running around and jumping off the beds half the night. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep with all the noise. To make matters worse, the room we booked was not as advertised. We specifically booked a room with a king bed and a tub, but when we arrived, we were given a room with neither. Instead, we were given a small room with a double bed and a shower. This was unacceptable, especially considering the amount we paid for the room. Additionally, the door to the bathroom wouldn't close properly and did not have a mechanism to lock, which was a major inconvenience. It was uncomfortable to use the bathroom without proper privacy and made for an awkward situation for me and my travel companions. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the Home2 hotel. The paper thin ceilings, incorrect room accommodations, and bathroom door issues made for a terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.
