I know there’s a bar for motels in terms of quality and convenience - those are the things you pay for in a nicer place. The issues with this place went deeper. The room has a musty basement smell and the carpets were damp. The trash in all public spaces was overflowing all day and night. The dining area was sticky and smelled like pot. Room service sprayed some heavy duty odor control spray but it didn’t touch the smell in that room. There were no towels, or two towels at a time by the pool - not nearly enough for the families trying to use it. The staff seemed really unhappy, even though they tried to be helpful.

Briefly stayed here as a gathering location for my son and his prom friends. The room was spacious enough for roughly 10 people to finish their finally touches. No foul smells, beds werent the best but still managed to get a good nights sleep waiting for the kids return. Pull out bed was nothing special but one of the friends was still able to sleep good on it and he’s around 260 lbs. Pool was nice and clean. Breakfast was available nothing special like any other hotel. No one complained of any bed bugs bites so thats a plus. Overall i would stay again.

The property was excellent and clean. Breakfast was great. They had free coffee and tea all day. Walmart across the street and other stores. KFC next door. Me, hubby and the kids had an excellent experience room had fridge and microwave. I would definitely recommend and go again.

The front desk clerk was pretty rude upon check in. Between our two prepaid rooms, they charged/held a total of $500 for "incidentals" and $100 of that has still not been credited to my card. The hallways were dirty and musty and the elevator would not stop on the second floor. There was family with young children in the pool with an open liquor container on the edge of the pool. In my daughter's room's closet, there was a clear plastic bag containing dirty men's underwear and other clothing. There are far too many reasonably priced hotels for travelers to have to deal with this. Overall a gross and poorly restful experience.

Lots of dust that has compounded over time on the sofa bed sides and back- really awful for kids - had to have the kid jump in with us. -Empty shampoo and lotion dispensers -extra pillows kept in the drawers that were dirty with dust/dirt particles and hair stands -breakfast was great however there was no milk -the desk attendant was very helpful and pleasant

Despite having a paid reservation and having already checked in, the night shift claimed that the room was not rented to my family. They claimed that we had not paid for the room and called the police to have my family leave at 1am. I called to find out why my family was kicked out. They made the same claim. After carefully looking up the reservation, they confirmed the reservation for my family and asked if they were willing to come back. They had already checked in to a different motel at less than half the rate paid for this place. Expedia was able to get my money back and refunded to my account.

Good service and good cleanliness. Right off the highway so very easy to find, and convenient to get going again when you continue your travels. Very close to shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores. Veterans Memorial Park is less than a mile away and a beautiful place to stretch your legs and/or let the kids loose in the playground. They could improve on breakfast however--it was a little on the meager/skimpy side. Didn't use the pool or fitness center but both looked clean and others seemed to be enjoying.

Overall condition of exterior bldg and corridors was in need of repair/maintenance; front desk staff was not particularly friendly or helpful. Room was nicely appointed but there were several burned out bulbs in lamps and the tub did not have any non-skid coating so it was extremely slippery when stepping out. Stayed 2 days and elevator was broken for half of it; the free breakfast was ready an hour late and poorly stocked - some prepackaged muffins and cold cereal, juice dispenser was broken. Also, appears the only ice dispenser is on 1st floor, so not very convenient if you’re staying on upper floors. The cleaning staff was friendly and the room itself was pleasant and clean but overall the whole property is just lackluster in both appearance and function.

We did not like the smell of the rooms, we had to switch rooms as the first room smelt like a dirty wet mop and the second room smelt like old smoke and air freshener. The kids liked swimming. The pool area was average but the water was warm.
