It is an older facility, and it is showing its age a bit. The cookies are spectacular (it doesn't matter how old the children are;-) The pool wasn't working properly and water was cold, so we couldn't utilize it. The hotel wasn't too busy, so it was quiet, but if you don't want to hear the street noise, don't choose the room facing the street. Staff was friendly.

It was fairly nice but I didn’t realize we wouldn’t have a window to outside. The pool was lovely though and my children liked it. The beds were small!

Room phone didn’t work. Tv could not maintain signal. Pool had a light underwater falling out of fixture. Housekeeping restriction on towels. A room that sleeps 4-5 with a family of 4 staying was only supplied 2 towels. When asked for more I was told limit of 3 and that I had to turn in dirty towels to get the 3. Not enough towels for my family.

It was nice enough, although not the height of luxury (which is fine). The heated pool was a nice treat. We had an issue the last night when a group of kids traveling for sports were running around the hotel and making a ton of noise. When I spoke to the front desk they apologized but said they couldn’t enforce noise complaints until 10pm, while acknowledging that what the kids were doing was against the rules. It didn’t kill my trip but it was disappointing—I know these traveling teams probably bring in a ton of money, but I don’t know if I can stay there again and risk it turning into a jungle gym when I’m trying to relax.

Property was ok. Everything in the atrium is next to each other so very loud with the pool and kids during pool hours (adults only the last hour while we were there).

It was New Year’s Eve and a kid threw up in the pool. Of course they closed and started cleaning , but would not reopen it. Also it took as an hour to check in. There was only one person working and she was there past her shift. I felt terrible for her since the check in line was out the door.

We were traveling with our two kids and specifically reserved a room with two double beds. When we arrived, this time of room was not available and one of us had to sleep on an uncomfortable sofa while the remaining three shared a king bed. There were not enough pillows and blankets for two kids to share the pull out. The room smelled musty and the pillow I slept in smelled of garlic and curry.
