The heated pool was not heated at all. The carpet in our room was stained and the price for what we received was not worth it. They jacked up the price over $200 because it was a bills home game. For those of us were up their to see our grandchildren it kind of sucked.

Big potholes at the entrance ramp of the hotel & old bldg. AC's are very noisy in both the hotel rooms provided for our family, we didn't have proper sleep due to this. No breakfast items are available after 10am. Hotel not worth the money we paid for two rooms for our family.

Totally adequate hotel which is what we were looking for. The pool isn't heated though so beware! And the AC is quite loud so if you have kids that startle easily, keep that in mind.

The property was a little older but the rooms were clean & had comfortable beds. Our room was right near the laundry & housekeeping so it was a little noisy at times. Small trade off as we were also close to the pool & breakfast area. Small & shallow indoor pool with stairs so it’s a good pool is you have younger kids. The free breakfast was great! Enjoyed making our own chocolate waffles. Yum! There is a microwave in the breakfast area too if needed.

I had to ask to change rooms because the families across and next to us were running up and down the hall and banging on the doors. Even the front desk has to speak to them. The man at the front desk was very nice and switched our room with no problem. The pillows were half size, there's was no closet and there were divits in the walls.

The staff was absolutely wonderful, and the complementary guest laundry was an unexpected perk - especially with young children

I’m conflicted about how to review this place. It was simple but clean, all you really need for a quick stay over while passing through town. Our issue was that there was so much noise while were there - first at 11:30pm when people went out the side door to smoke and were loud from their room, all the way down the hall, and proceeded to shout and laugh just outside the rooms. Then tenants left around 4am and took several trips in and out of their rooms slamming doors, because it seems to be impossible not to in a hotel. At around 7 someone’s child was shouting and crying in the hallways. Then when housekeeping started work at around 8, they were extremely loud in the hallway. The woman who was at the desk while we checked out talked to her boyfriend behind the desk and finished something on her cell phone before talking with us. I get it, it’s a hotel and people often don’t realize how loud they are and it may not be the funnest job and the staff is likely trying to make the best out of things by having fun. Also, we were told when we arrived that the lock on the side entrance didn’t work and it would be propped open until 11pm. The door was shut (not propped open) and we were able to unlock it with our key card, so something seems fishy there. We have driven all the way across the country on this trip and have stayed in a different hotel room every day for almost two weeks. This was by far the loudest stay. If those things don’t bother you, then this place is fine.

Very quiet neighborhood off interstate. The building is not new but the room was excellent with the freshest smelling linens i can recall! And the air was clean and pure, not at all antiseptic as some hotels in recent years. The bed had similar size pillows but each with different softness. The breakfast was a level better than expected and hotel guests families with very well behaved children. Can't imagine a better accommodation for families at such a room rate. Will stay here again, and this was a business trip for us.

The hotel was decent. The gentleman at check in was very nice. We were not informed about breakfast hours and when we went to the breakfast room at 930 the next morning, there was no breakfast. Was also very upset to find out the pool was closed for renovation or maintenance AFTER it had already been booked. I found this out because I called the property to find out how late the pool was open and they informed me it wasn’t open at all. I booked the hotel because it had a pool. It was non refundable so we had to stay and my children were not happy at all. (Neither was my wallet)
