A family member had a passport emergency and we had to drive to Buffalo to make an appointment. We arrived at 4:30am, and the management was ready for us and super-friendly and helpful. We sacked out in a spotless room, and I found the sofa bed very comfortable. Our family members made the passport appointment and we’re on their way well rested!

Great hotel, right by our concert venue. Have to say the walls were thin; some kids were partying until about 2:30am, but that's not an issue with the hotel itself. Really nice suite!
