Holiday Inn Express Cheektowaga North East, an IHG Hotel

I didnt had good experience with the staff and I found them rude and non co-operative. I will highly recommend for everyone who is visiting Buffalo to not to book this hotel because I am regretting my decision. They didnt give me room for 2 hours and kept me and my family waiting in the lobby.

Great hotel close to Buffalo area. Perfect for families.

Great hotel for family’s and very convenient if you’re going shopping, breakfast was included and there was lots of parking and an onsite shop. Pool was very clean and not crowded. Rooms were spotless and the staff were very polite and friendly.

We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the airport and our family. The front desk attendants were always very nice. What I think needs improvement is the furniture in the room. It was pretty gross looking with a lot of stains. We also only had only two towels in the room when we arrived. Housekeeping was very attentive and everything else was good. Just could use a little more updates.

Your front desk staff was amazing and helpful. Very friendly. Your cook ( I don’t know her name). Black woman was very nice. She would be the reason I would come back. I like people who are nice and want to just visit like old friends. She made me feel that way. She was totally amazing. I had a rough start In Buffalo. Rude people and people who don’t care. She made me feel like family. She made my trip with while. I wish I knew her name.

Very clean, great pool for kids, lovely breakfast room / lounge area. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming.

We've stayed at a number of Buffalo area hotels - a mid-point destination between our home and visits with our extended family. Just like the story of the 3 Bears, we've finally come to our "Just Right". This hotel has everything we need for a great pit-stop at an affordable price. Everything is clean, interior is modern, beds are comfortable, pool is perfect, the breakfast was exceptional (a wide array of hot and color selections), and the price was right. As we told the staff, "We have found our official Buffalo hotel." We are so happy with this hotel and are happy to share this review so others will be encouraged to stay there also.

We had booked a two queen bed room and was told that we had a king and pull out bed. My daughter and I have back issues and there was no way that one of us was going to sleep in a pull out bed. After a lot of tapping of the computer Violet found a room with two beds. When we got to the room we found that it had a connecting door to the room next door (my biggest nightmare) we always ask for a room away from high traffic areas and with no connecting doors as we like to get to bed early as we get up early. Anyway. since it was the last room we thought "how bad can it be?" We could hear every word and noise coming through the connecting door, it felt like they were in the room with us. They had young girls in the room who proceeded to bounce up and down on the bed and scream and shout. We said lets give them to 10:30pm to calm down, nope, they had participating in many smarties and coca cola, we rang down to the reception as there were other children racing up and down the corridors all night also, to tell them about all the noise, they were aware of the noise and said that they would ask people to calm down. Anyway, they didn't, the noise in the adjoining room went on until nearly midnight and then two men decided to stand outside our room talking and drinking beer - great just fantastic! and to top it all the guests in the room above sounded like a herd of hippopotamus' stomping up and down the room. The only good thing about this stay was the nice lady who was on breakfast

Breakfast good Room clean Elevators door and floors really dirty. Staff allowed kids birthday party to go on. It was so noisy the furniture was shaking. It went on until the middle of the night and then early in the morning. Ruined my stay. Don't count on the staff to help.
