They gave us a room next to the elevator and there must have been fat children above us cause I have never experienced so much noisy annoying banging, jumping and running around in my entire life at a hotel. It was to the point where we complained twice (of course nothing was done). They did let us stay an extra hour (big whoop). I like it there but not a very good experience. Also I now know I hate odd room numbers because of the way the room is set up. Im not sure if I will go up. Its should be no more than $99 a night there. Thats all it worth. P.s. the bathroom was really weird.

This is my first review ever… the most dirty hotel I’ve ever seen and I travel from coast to coast for work. They NEVER wash anything. Hallways smell like baby powder. You can see hair grease running off the wall over the pillows, cups/hand marks on the grease on the night table and you feel it under your feet when walking. After asking for a second room that new room had literal feces in the toilet and when I flushed was clogged. I slept in my truck. Horrible experience.

Double room was booked well in advance and paid in-full as to secure my booking. Upon arrival (~5pm) os the Saturday evening, I was advised there were no double rooms available? As I stood there in confusion, I was asked to move aside while the clerk checked-in two more parties before re-addressing my issue. Two King beds rooms were offered in lieu for my family to split us amongst the two rooms.

I didnt had good experience with the staff and I found them rude and non co-operative. I will highly recommend for everyone who is visiting Buffalo to not to book this hotel because I am regretting my decision. They didnt give me room for 2 hours and kept me and my family waiting in the lobby.

Great hotel for family’s and very convenient if you’re going shopping, breakfast was included and there was lots of parking and an onsite shop. Pool was very clean and not crowded. Rooms were spotless and the staff were very polite and friendly.

We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the airport and our family. The front desk attendants were always very nice. What I think needs improvement is the furniture in the room. It was pretty gross looking with a lot of stains. We also only had only two towels in the room when we arrived. Housekeeping was very attentive and everything else was good. Just could use a little more updates.

Your front desk staff was amazing and helpful. Very friendly. Your cook ( I don’t know her name). Black woman was very nice. She would be the reason I would come back. I like people who are nice and want to just visit like old friends. She made me feel that way. She was totally amazing. I had a rough start In Buffalo. Rude people and people who don’t care. She made me feel like family. She made my trip with while. I wish I knew her name.

Very clean, great pool for kids, lovely breakfast room / lounge area. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming.
