I mistakenly booked my room for the wrong day:( I was in a panic as my kids and I were stopping 1/2 way in Buffalo on a long trek home from family vacation and realized the booking was wrong. I called Hampton and spoke with Jess. She was amazing! She kept her composure with her kind calmness as I panicked and said she would get me taken care of. Not only did Jess accommodate me and my children, she greeted me by name as we entered the hotel with a great big smile! Gabby checked us in with her kind smile. Jess graciously came to our room with extra pillows, blankets, & towels. In the morning, I noticed an envelope under the door. Jess & Gabby had slipped a handwritten card under our door thanking us for choosing Hampton and wishing us safe travels on our drive home to Michigan. Jess & Gabby handled themselves so professionally and we’re just kind and genuine! Thank you, ladies! You are exceptional!!!

Amazing staff. We had to stay because of a family member in the hospital nearby. They were extremely patient and helpful as our circumstances kept changing. Very clean and comfortable bedding. Nice breakfast spread as well.

Check in was fast and check in person very friendly. Room was super quiet and the beds and pillows super soft. My son and I slept like babies. We went to the pool and it was clean and has a very nice outside sitting area to dry off in. There is a Tops grocery store across the street where we went to get snacks for the rest of our trip. And of course breakfast is always very good. This is why we always chose Hampton Inn when we travel.

The pool area, so important for the kids, was clean, well stocked with towels, and warm. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Suite was appointed well, bathrooms perfect for large group!

Both elevators are constantly breaking down, stopping, violently shaking and vibrating between floors, and if you got lucky, they would open. If they didn’t open, you were stuck for several minutes before they moved again. Reported it to staff several times, along with other guests, and they said they would call someone and it would be repaired, but it never was, and then found out from two housekeeping staff that that they have been like that for a while and one of them had been stuck in one of the elevators for hours a few weeks before To make it worse, the 5th floor fire door to the stairwell had a seriously broken handle on both sides. You could not open it from the inside of the 5th floor or on the stairwell side. Their solution was to “prop it open”. The place is a fire trap. Serious code violations there. Despite the fact that the manager was in the premises,he/she never came out to speak to us about our concerns or take care of the situations. We, nor any of the multiple family members that were there, will ever stay at a Hampton Inn again, and especially not that one.

Traveled from North Jersey and found this Hampton Inn to be very clean, and quite pleasant. The staff was very helpful, and willing to work with us. We chose this Hampton Inn because it was within 15 minutes of the football stadium, and it was a very good choice. Room had plenty of room for my wife, 2 kids, and I, and the morning breakfast was very good.

I cannot thank the staff enough for all they did to make our stay comfortable! Many weeks prior to arriving I spoke with a staff member requesting a room with a refrigerator and explained the need for family member's medicine to stay cold. At the time there were no rooms available with a refrigerator. So I decided I would figure out how to keep the medicine cold once I arrived and explained I had not seen this family for approximately 2 years and very excited for the visit. When I arrived at check-in I was told the room had been upgraded to one with a refrigerator. I could not believe it and was so pleased! The whole time of our visit the staff acted like we were family and made sure things were working well for us. So impressed! I've stayed at this hotel on a previous visit and will again in the future.

Rooms were fine, not enough staff. Ran out of food during free breakfast, ran out of towels at pool, hotel was busy the weekend we stayed with many families and staff seemed I'll prepared
