Staff at restaurant were very friendly at breakfast and also at the bar in the evening. My family stayed there for my nephew's graduation. My Sister has cancer and has been very sick for a long time, but at your bar I saw her smile and laugh for the first time in at least 3 years! Thank you so much for a wonderful family experience!

Had no issues with staff. Site from room was amazing. Had pool was cold but still good swimming. Restaurant in hotel was great with great food and great workers. (10/10). Issues was we found trash under the beds. Beds were uncomfortable. Had to pay to park at a lot a block away and constantly was getting asked for food or money from locals. Wouldnt recommend area if you have kids.

We stayed one night for the worlds largest disco. It was great! Only complaint is the amount of kids running around both days unattended and the strong smell of drugs in our hallway.

Hotel was fine but the pillows were flat. Pool was broke which really upset my kids. Worked for what we needed but definitely could have been better.

The junior suite was large enough, but bath and room amenities were limited at best. Lighting was very uneven and especially dim in the seating area. The dining room/bar was below average in accommodations, service, menus and food quality. No newspapers were available on site, no cafe for off-hours coffee and/or snacks. The gym and pool, on the other hand, were very nice and well-equipped.

We expected to have a room at check in time since, well that is the check in time. Didn’t get a room until 9pm. We were traveling with other families who got rooms with no issues. No one offered to even discount the room since we lost 6 hours of time, use & convenience. Terrible customer service, all around super disappointed in the property.

The pool was much smaller than the picture made it appear, but my kids still had fun in it. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
