We were staying the night with family and the hotel front desk took it upon themselves to book us in rooms side by side which was perfect. Adjoining Rooms worked so amazing.

Our family stay for two nights was very comfortable. The hotel staff members were very friendly and supportive. Really enjoyed the shuttle service to nearby places. We expected the room clean-up service during the only day (between the two nights), which was not there. However, it was not a great deal as we received the additional towel when requested.

Nice for a family visit to the city - close to everything. Shuttle was quite convenient. The only issue wets were a little dirty - after a couple of hours barefoot in the room the bottom of my feet were black.

If you’re like me, this is why you SHOULDNT stay at this hotel. No parking. They charged you $20 a day for someone to park a couple blocks away. Valet guy yells at me, “you the one who left it in the middle of lane?” and of course it’s, yes, now do your job. The towels had hair spiders in them, the towel hook fell off the wall when I attempted to use it, the pillows were flat, etc. Just terrible. The only reason to stay there is if your family is at one of the hospital surrounding this hotel. Otherwise, avoid at all costs.

The entire staff is amazing. Everyone made us feel like family. Randy at the front desk is one of the finest humans we’ve ever met. The free shuttle is another amazing bonus. They helped us pick restaurants and made everything go very smoothly.

Despite the name the Wyndham Garden Downtown, it was neither downtown nor garden-like. It was a run-down motel for families of patients in the nearby hospital. Usually Wyndham much higher quality. Bad show.
