Quality Inn

Found 3 baby cockroaches in our room. One in the bed, one in the bathroom and one one the ice tray. Reported it to the front desk on checkout.

The staff was polite, professional, and friendly. The pool was not in working order which when you have 2 kids that is disappointing. The bathtub had a grim buildup i did not like to see. The facility is in need of work. No screen on the window. The beds were colfortable

Hotel is undergoing remodeling so there's some reason for the conditions. However, I have a broken ankle and they didn't have a working elevator and no rooms available on the bottom floor. Pool was empty so kids didn't have anything to do.

We chose this the hotel for its location. We have friends and family near by and it has various restaurants and shopping nearby. I think the hotel is under renovation. The shower curtain rod was falling off and it was not keeping the water inside the tub. Cleaning staff was friendly. Front clerk gave us wrong breakfast time. Pool was not working. Heard a lot of noise from the street. 2 floors. No elevators! We’ve stayed her twice, once on the first level and next was on the 2nd. Prefer first floor. Didn’t hear as much road noise. Room came with a mid size fridge and microwave.
