Staybridge Suites Albuquerque - Airport, an IHG Hotel

I loved this place! Great customer sevice, friendly and efficient. They even gave me a treat bad for my fur baby. Room was spacious for our family of 5. It was clean, easy to get to and convenient. Will definitely stat here again.

Our stay was good. We needed a room for our family close to the airport. Being able to us the two bedrooms and sofa sleeper worked out great. Having plastic cups in the bathroom would be nice.

I was transferred to this hotel due to water line break at the other location where I wanted to stay. The room I requested was not available. The single bed room was too small for my family. I had no choice but to stay at this hotel since I paid in advance.

My husband and I and our twin infants made a trip to Albuquerque. We decided to book at Staybridge Suites after reading reviews and also because there were suites available with two separate bedrooms. Let me tell you, the stay was unenjoyable from the start. I waited at the check-in counter for 5-10 minutes because nobody was there to check us in. I had to call their phone line for anybody to show up, and even then, the front desk worker came out eating. I am also positive she was doing a phone interview at the front counter on her cellphone later that evening. When we got to our room, we noticed that it smelled like smoke, which was weird for a non-smoking hotel. None of the 3 TVs were working in our room, so we were trying to look at the cable box in the master bedroom. While we were doing this, we found cigarette butts on the floor, so we called the front desk to ask for another room. We were able to move to a second room, which didn’t smell as bad and didn’t seem as dirty. Both rooms did not have cabinet drawers in the kitchen, so the rooms were unfinished, which was unacceptable at $200+/night. Lastly, the whole hotel smelled like sewage the day we checked in. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you have babies.

This is a fantastic property for families. They have 1 & 2 bedroom that provide multiple beds in separate sleeping quarters. The staff was friendly and the breakfast spread was one of the best I have seen at a limited service hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very nice place to stay. Appears to be a newer facility and is maintained well. Good service from staff and the free breakfast is a definite plus. Especially for families with children. My sole complaint is the location of the hotel. I went around for circles, squares and triangles before I found how to get to the hotel itself. It is visible from the interstate but for me getting there was more than a challenge. Even with gps.

very enjoyable! Room for everyone. Not many hotels have room for the whole family.

The hotel was clean; the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The size of the room was a bit deceiving and not really adequate for a family of four unless your children are little. The price was very fair overall however.
