Comfort Suites Albuquerque Airport

The staff at this property were very welcoming. The rooms are very clean and well kept. Breakfast has good variety of options. Great for families.

It's surprisingly hard to find an indoor pool in Albuquerque at a hotel that doesn't charge a ridiculous amount. This hotel fit the bill for my family of 4 in terms of a clean, indoor pool and hot tub for the kids; 1 minute drive from the airport; easy exit to the interstate; built within last three years, so fixtures and amenities are in working order and clean; good complimentary breakfast; no extra charge for parking. My only two very minor complaints were that (1) the mattresses are the pillow top variety, and those hurt my back/neck, and (2) there is no non-slip protection in the bathtub. I addressed this with staff on my way out, and she explained that because of the type of cleaning agents used, nothing will stay stuck. She did say that guests may request a rubber bath mat from the front desk, which I would do next time. I would stay again.

We stopped here on a late leg of our 5-states-in-5-days road trip, after walking out of another hotel in Albuquerque because it was so gross. We took o e look at the lobby and breathed a sigh of relief… it was beautiful! We were greeted warmly by friendly front desk staff who even gave great dinner suggestions! Our family of four is so comfortable tonight!

Hotel Agent JAMES is the BEST Hotel agent in all the hotels we have stayed. He went far far far and beyond for my wife, our toddler and our babygirl. Thank you James for our first night in New Mexico. We will now always come stay at this hotel because of him. Thank you.

The Front office (Gabriella) is very helpful, friendly and polite. Assist us for our needs especially I have a 2yr old. Room is clean and great size for family.

This hotel was a great find in our travels through Albuquerque. It was so clean and beautiful. James at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. The bed and pillows were very comfy. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast as well. This will be our go to hotel from now on in our travels from Kansas to Arizona and I’ve already recommended it to our kids who travel the same route!!

Marcos Gallegos was delightful and responsive to our problem. He says hello to guests too! A good skill even for maintenance! Housekeeping were nice. Rebecca drove us to airport. We enjoyed our talk. Only problem were the stupid showers. Really, you have to get in to turn on the shower. Even though I’m quick, still got cold water on me! Cool air enters the shower too easily taking away from a warm shower experience. Really, who designed that! It might be be “the thing” now, but it’s not a plus for you. Otherwise the beds were comfortable and even the lobby was pleasant for family to gather. Our 3 night visit was a good one!

Check in took a very long time and front desk staff member (Rebecca I believe) was very rude! The doors and windows were too thin…loud wind blowing through windows and I was kept up by loud family next door. Breakfast was disappointing. No fresh fruit, eggs were crusty and flavorless. Overall disappointing stay.

Very clean, surprisingly decorated for Halloween in the entry (my grandkids loved this!). Super easy friendly check-in starting with Monique and the other young lady who was on her first week ( sorry I forgot her name). They explained the crazy route my google map sent me on 😳…NO you do not have to loop through the airport to get to this hotel. They recommend foods available nearby..there is even a printed sheet on the counter. Our room was nice size, very clean, the mattress was heavenly! Breakfast each morning was nice..the two ladies I saw working that area were very pleasant, stayed on top of filling, cleaning, chatting. Overall our 2 N 3 D stay was 10/10. We will definitely stay here if in the area again.

The staff was friendly and courteous. They recommended a great restaurant for dinner. Additionally, one of the staff was exceptionally kind when a child spilled their cereal, assuring the parents it was fine and he would take care of it. Thanks.
