Clean, alot to do!
Food is what really sold this place. Ember is an A1 dining experience 10/10.
Tiwa was an excellent spot for breakfast! Worth the trip to stop by and spend a day or 2.
Only negative comment i have is tthe amount of un atteneded kids at the pool. Seems like all the parents were out in the casino and it felt like a peter piper arcade with the amount of kids. We were there for the 4th of July weekend so im sure thats why.
But again we really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time. One issue was when we had requested our room to be serviced we left in the morning and got back in the afternoon and it was not done. Then we were told we had to leave to get it done. Went down to the pool. I was there with my older daughter and it was kind of annoying how parents just let their kids talk to strangers in the pool. We were trying to relax and kids just kept coming up to us while the parents were either in the hot tub or in the inside portion of the pool. It’s really annoying when kids that aren’t yours keep asking you to “look at their flips” parents watch your kids! ATM in the casino didn’t work. The inside of the hallway to the rooms smelled a little humid. Also the prices for the spa services are absolutely outrageous. I understand it’s a resort casino but for those prices I better have a lot better rooms and services provided.

I don’t know why we haven’t stayed here before. I was born in Santa Fe and moved to CA with my mother when I was 10 years old. I’m in my 60’s now and come back to NM at least 2 times per year to visit family. I have never stayed here before and look forward to coming back. Isleta was a pleasant surprise. I’m very particular on where I stay. The hotels must be clean, safe and comfortable. This hotel was that and more. We had dinner at the Embers Steak House Restaurant, we had filet mignon plate, and it was delicious! Sadly we were only there for one night, but I’m looking forward to going back and spending more time there.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. We have family in Albuquerque and our first day there, they came and we hung out together at the casino and ate at Chile Risto in the food court (which was like real home cooked New Mexican cuisine!) It was my husband's 80th birthday, so he enjoyed a little extra gambling money. The 2nd evening we each had a delicious mixed drink at the center circular bar! Such a nice helpful waitress and a fun place to stay! We are planning our next trip...hope we can get as good of deal again!

Had a really nice time with my wife. A little staycation for us, no kids no grandkids! Embers steakhouse is back upstairs where it belongs, had a great meal, great service and a wonderful atmosphere. Food court also had some good options as well. If we stayed any longer than 3 days, then we may had to have eaten something different!. Good coffeehouse downstairs, nice options for pastries and such (weakness of mine!). Didn't really gamble a whole lot, but there is also a center bar and sports bar that has plenty of draft beers, and other spirits. Our room also had a jetted tub which was nice. Only complaint from us, was the tissue and toilet paper could have been better quality. Other than that, we would go back again for sure!

The hotel is clean and Nice. But we arrived on a Friday night and there was no valet available. I had to beg for a luggage trolly to be let out for me because the one valet on duty was busy attending to other guests and he wasn’t technically allowed to give them directly to guests. The pool hours were inconvenient for guests with small children. Little kids wake up well before 9:00am. When it was time for us to go down to the pool it wasn’t even open and we had to find someone to open it for us. We were quickly told at the front desk “it doesnt open until 9:00” which we had to respond “its 9:20”. The pool towel situation is also inconvenient as well. While I understand you don’t want pool towels walking off the premises, it’s also disappointing to feel that you are only allotted a certain amount of towels per hour/time slot.

The resort overall was amazing. Be mindful however that it is a little bit out of town. But is a reasonable 10-15 minute drive into downtown ABQ on the freeway. Broadway even has its own off ramp and interchange so that made it easier to get too. I took advantage of the pool, spa, and gift shops. The gift shop was nice and even had batteries so that was a plus. Room service was good, ends at 10pm and starts at 7. The spa lobby was spectacular but the other side was so-so. Outdated lounge and robes were not very appeasing. The outdoor spa was amazing though. Simply beautiful. Ask for the monthly special. It is well worth it. The Spa did mention that a few of the staff are some of the best in the state and one in particular was nominated for best massage therapist nationally. Also ask for the free shuttle that takes you to the airpot and the nearby Isleta Pueblo rail runner station. A $9 day pass on the train takes you into ABQ and all the way up to Santa Fe, so a perfect day trip for people or family not on a business trip. There is one 24 hour restaurant in the casino for late night munchies which is good because there is nothing nearby. Overall, extremely beautiful property, great amenities and quality food. But the service was a hit or miss. Staff wasn't always friendly. The check in seemed a little cold. but housekeeping was soo accommodating, as was the spa staff. But Valet left something Truly something to be desired. One word, hospitality.
