Hampton Inn & Suites Albuquerque Airport

Roomy, clean and pleasant to the eye. Overall my visiting family said their stay was an excellent experience. Thank you. I will book your hotel again for all of my visiting family.

The 2 (adult and kid) pools were great! The apartment style setup was nice. Your own washer and dryer was awesome! Nice and roomy 2 rooms. Tv in both rooms and living room. Only downside I saw was the AC could have worked better. Can’t get lower than 70 and I’m sure it never got there so it was a bit warm. It was 119 degrees though so you can’t expect much. Great place for the price!

Took the kids so they can swim in the pool everybody that I met staff and guess alike were very cool

Amazing family stay!

My family had a wonderful stay at this property. The room looked like the pictures and was very clean. The indoor pool was heated and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

I didn’t even get to stay there because they gave my room away. Why make a reservation and pay money for it, when you don’t get the room. I had to find another hotel at 9:00 at night for my family.

The rooms were fair. The main reason we decided to stay there was to take my kids swimming. The pool was dirty and had a bad smell. A women there had 6 children. They were EXTREMELY loud and rude. They were swimming by our kids moving them aside to get them out of their way, they were screaming, they were jumping in right next to us, they were also throwing a ball that came close to hitting us a few times. The “mother” not once corrected them in anyway. My kids especially my 4 year old had to stay in one small area of the pool to avoid them. They stayed in the pool the ENTIRE time. I understand that part wasn’t complete the hotel’s fault, however these people clearly took advantage of the “kids stay free” perk. I would rather pay to have my kids stay there than to have to deal with that again. I’m very upset that they took the fun out of our stay. We get a hotel once a month so we can have a “staycation”, it’s really upsetting that it was ruined, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, compared to other Albuquerque hotels it wasn’t worth the price. We will not be returning. I do want to make it clear that the all the people at the front desk were great and friendly.

Got checked in went up to room elevator was very hot but everything was clean got to our room and it was clean and had no issues weny out came back went to pool and pool was nice it was very cold but it was nice went to gym it was nice as well went back to room shower was good no problems got out started to go to bed room was so hot AC was not working called front desk he immediately moved us next door said he did not want us uncomfortable put us in room next door and slept like a baby beds comfortable room clean highly recommend...

The room with double beds and pull-out sofa was very spacious. You could technically fit 4 beds in the room. Open space with an 8ft long desk dividing the room which served as a dining table for my family of 6
