Our stay was amazing. Our kids had fun at the hotel especially at the pool.

We got a suite, and was told it was by the back entrance door, but since we had the living area we shouldn't hear it...but oh we heard the slamming of the door all night. Now, its not so much the hotel but the people who don't care, but the hotel could do something about the door slamming shut. Im a light sleeper so every time at least 20 times an hour (5 times back and forth at points) The breakfast was just meh. Nothing to eat. Ran put of eggs. Potatoes cold. For the price I paid, I hope to have a little something even if its a bagel or muffin and didn't even get that. So disappointed there. The staff was welcoming at check in. No issues there. Room was good, clean, and big for my family. Bathrooms could use a little update though. The shower had struggled to turn off.

The facilities were clean and the room was nice and quiet. Also, the breakfast was pretty good. But there were a number of small things that I thought were below the standard of this hotel brand. A child apparently made a mess on the floor in in the dining area and it wasn't cleaned up until the following day. The TV was not properly working as it should. And I was surprised that the hotel signed off on the bathtub installation. It had the worst caulking job I've ever seen. If you need a Walmart during your stay, it's within walking distance; however, the surrounding area is largely industrial with busy traffic. The hotel met our needs and I would not advise against staying there. But it was not a memorable experience.

We stayed in room 130 for one night in December 2023. The room was filthy and the HVAC unit was loud and ineffective. There was a stench in the room that the hotel tries to cover up with some sort of air freshener, which is super strong. The floors were so dirty that our baby’s footy pajamas turned black simply walking from the bed to the bathroom. The dog run is a patch of turf with an overflowing dog waste trash can. The area seems sketchy and I did not feel safe walking my dog around the property or adjacent neighborhood. After witnessing how dirty our room was, we decided to pass on the breakfast for fear the kitchen was in worse shape than our room. For a hotel with 4.5 stars, perhaps we caught the property on a bad day. I sincerely hope the property takes action on room 130 before renting it to someone else.

The door to our room had play in it. You could literally see daylight coming in from the sides and when others would close their door or open the exit door we were near the door would rattle loudly. No drain plug to take a bath. We had our kids with us, so husband plugged the drain hole with a towel. Rooms were old but fairly clean. Paper thin walls. Could hear everything our neighbors were doing. It sounded like we were all in the same room. The gentleman that checked us in was friendly and professional. Hotel was in a sketch part of town but nothing happened. The hotel was close to lots of shops and things to do, within a 10-12 min drive to everything, so that was a plus.

The room was for handicap in my believe that’s why it was the last room to book. Upon arrival checking was OK and the room shower was made for handicap. Therefore the showerhead could not stabilize on the hook, so it required to be handled. The room had an adjoining door and the residence were very noisy with children, and I could not fall asleep early for my next day early departure. So I did not get a good nights rest. Also, the toilet would not flush in the night before it seem to make noise all night. There was no leaks. The handle was fine. It just made a loud noise. Again, the toilet will not flush the next morning. The vending machines were not adequately filled and cannot purchase bottled water.

Overall, pleased with our stay. The room/facility was clean, beds comfortable, lots of choices for a hot breakfast, family and pets were happy after a long day of travel. Staff was very kind at check-in/out and during breakfast. The only potential negative was that we were on the 2nd floor, and although the floors were new, they definitely felt warped. Kinda felt like we had vertigo as we were walking throughout the room. We didn’t notice the same issue in the hallway, just as soon as we walked into the room. But, as I said, everything else gets 5 stars from us.

We enjoyed our stay here. We booked two nights and decided to stay a third night. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked well. The beds weren't overly hard. No one came to freshen towels or check on toiletries, but we really didn't need it. The pool was very basic but clean. The breakfast was good. Decent selection and kept stocked. My family and I enjoyed the freshly made pancakes from the pancake machine. The doors to the breakfast area are closed promptly at 9:00 a.m.(10 am weekends) so don't be tardy! We would definitely consider staying here again when traveling through.

First time ever, we were given a key to an occupied room. We opened the door on a family. After an insincere apology, we got a key to the room next door, also occupied! We opened the door on the same family with adjoining rooms. When we finally got the key to an unoccupied room, there was someone else’s trash in the trash can. We are not impressed.
