Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mall of America - MSP Airport, an IHG Hotel

At check-in, we noticed the toilet had pooled on our floor so they swapped us rooms. The next room waa nice, clean, but the shampoo was low, conditioner was empty, body wash was half empty. My daughter called to the front and made us come down there, instead of bringing it up when we were in the shower without it and no way a minor child should be expected to get it. Get down there to be told theyre on another floor so they have to go get it. Floors and tables were somewhat clean, needed to be vacuumed in common areas. Elevator had vomit on it, one button didnt work, and breakfast was good but you had to get there early or it was gone and they didnt refill it. Got there and with 15 minutes left they had no oatmeal, yogurt, peanut butter, orange juice, etc. It wasnt even 930a and the lady closed the doors. When 930a hit, the doors were closed and nobody let in for anything...I get doing it close to the time, but give people a few minutes and refill the items. Many things they could improve on and overall clean. Saw a guy cleaning the pool windows when all floors were repulsive. Also, had a room for 4 people and got 3 towels. We never had enough unless we took from the pool. Seal behind bed off on wall too. Nice but much needed.

It was a comfortable stay, pool was busy with other families. Good continental breakfasts each morning. Nice common area/lobby to relax in. Good view on north side, watched the planes come in. Good area and close to the Mall of America, only a 3 minute drive Good service from cleaning staff, always helpful when we needed extra towels or the trash taken Out. Only downside was the parking, hard to find a spot and you pay 15$/day

The rooms were clean and nice. The only thing we didnt like was the noise coming from the room above, we could hear kids running and jumping, very loud! At times it sounded like someone was going to go through the floor. We was offered another room but who wants to pack up switch rooms at 10-11:00 at night when you're tired and just want to sleep.

Hotel is clean, rooms are nice Pool is small—great if you’re down there alone with another family or two…anything more is chaos Disappointed that our friends were offered free parking…then our other friends got free parking. When we inquired about it…were told no one gets free parking. We aren’t going to argue with staff :/ Breakfast staff were great…on the ball keeping things stocked We were there for Mother’s Day—nice each mom got a rose

Overall was a great stay. Breakfast was excellent, staff super friendly, and room was spacious. Only negatives, which weren’t a big deal, but maybe helpful feedback… we could hear all the hallway traffic and noisy kids in a nearby room, our shower leaked into the entry way of our room, and room could use a deep clean. Will gladly stay here again!

Excellent service. My family loved that shuttle service to mall of America was available 24/7. Transportation made it easy to visit the mall and stressless about finding parking at the mall. I absolutely recommend this hotel!

Clean near to airport spacious and easily a family of 4 can comfortably sleep because they put 2 queen beds and very nice spacious bathroom.

Nice clean rooms tons of people in the pool fun families nice bfast was Very uncomfortable w Some dude just staring at us myself and a group of young girls eat. Like we was eating his food. Found out it was maybe shuttle driver. He gave me the ugliest look as he left the lot. Good location creepers make me feel not comfortable

Room was nice, had to spend $15 a day for parking. That was news to us. We were a family of 4 and only had 2 towels.

Our family stay was amazing! Great breakfast buffet, friendly and helpful staff, and 24 hr pool ! Close to all nearby attractions.
