Overall not terrible, but there were some obvious cleanliness problems that were overlooked by housekeeping when we initially entered. First off, the kitchenette sink was clogged from the previous visitor who obviously tried to cram some kind of burnt food down the drain. Maintenance fixed it, but it should have been done beforehand because it was nasty. Also, there were empty Budweiser cans in the bathroom. We have kids...what if they found them before us, and started playing with them and drank the leftovers from them? There were also dirty towels in the bathroom with makeup stains on them. These are pretty glaring issues. If you can look past that, the hotel was fine.

Friendly staff, beautiful facilities, great location and awesome coffee machine in lobby available at all times. We had the room with multiple beds and the small kitchen which was perfect for a family of 4 with 2 grown teenagers. Would definitely recommend and return.

Breakfast was great! Especially on Pancake days! Staff friendly- Fun outdoor patio to sit at while eating dinner or chilling. Short walk to Mall. A few close restaurants to eat at. Delicious flavored water in the lobby. Pool was great- but kids wanted to swim after 10 & 10-11 is adult hours. Got in from a late game- and staff told us to ask the adults if we could swim too- They did not want us in the pool. My only complaint was elevator was slower....We most often took stairs- Would book an Element again!

Great pool and spa for anyone/families!

Great pool area the pool témelas great for our young kids. Really enjoyed and will be returning.

Our family loved the stay, we stuck to just cooking in our room which it came with pretty much everything you could need to cook. It does not have a oven but it does have a built in stove top so it completely worked for us. The room was very nice and breakfast in the lobby had a bunch of different options and was quite delightful. We see ourselves staying in the near future.

So sleak amd clean. Friendly staff and good pool for family fun. We are going back!

Our family loved everything especially the workout room

This was likely the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. We were 2 adults, 2 adult children and 2 teens in a 2 bed room with pull out sofa. Beds were really comfortable, pull out not so much but that’s to be expected. The room was immaculate, with a large fridge, dishwasher, full range of dishes to cook on a range top (we didn’t use). A huge plus about this hotel was it’s so quiet, planes were flying over all morning and while you could hear them the sound was muffled and didn’t wake anyone up. The breakfast was really good. Hot choices that actual tasted decent (no powdered eggs), a yogurt bar, the usual cereals and pastries - but was fresh and delicious unlike a lot of other hotel breakfasts. Pool was ok but we didn’t choose this hotel for the pool. Literally walk across the street to the mall of America. The pizza place right next to the hotel (shoutout to Pizza Navaro) was excellent. The staff was fairly decent, everyone was 5 star (especially the cleaning staff)except a couple of the front desk ladies. Check in was smooth, parking was great. All in all impressed and I would definitely stay here again with older kids.

Super friendly staff. Beautiful large room with lots of space for my family of 5. Hot breakfast in the morning. Nice pool and hot tub. MOA was right across the street with quick access to Aquarium entrance. Delicious pizza place right next door. Will definitely be booking again!
