Very clean inside and out. Area leading from the lobby to elevator smelled a bit old and stale. My family and I will come back next time we come to the Mall of America.

Comfy, large room. Nice bathtub. Quiet. But I don't consider HBO family friendly, and I consider Hiltons to be family friendly--usually.

Our first time staying at this Hilton with family members visiting from Ireland and we won’t hesitate to stay again when needed. The location was ideal for the airport and Mall of America. The beds were beautifully clean and comfortable with lovely soft pillows - food was great, and every staff member was helpful, friendly, and professional. A great experience.

The hotel was easy to check in the staff very friendly. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was so unbelievably comfortable after 5 hours in the car as soon as i layed down i was asleep. Went to the restaurant in the loby the waiter was so friendly as well. We had a large group of young kids staying next door to us and we wouldn't of even known other then we saw them going into their room, love how quiet the rooms are.The water pressure in the shower was so amazing but My one and only complaint would be the toilet it was so small and low to the floor and took forever to flush.

The guy that checked us in was very friendly! Rooms are small and beds uncomfortable. Pool area was ok. We went down for breakfast in the morning and the lady that was serving guests said we had to pay, which was very disappointing since we were not told. For two people our bill was $23 which was for 2 children. Also didn’t know there was a parking fee either. The hotel was very quiet and convenient to get to the MOA which was the reason for our stay!

The staff at check in were more concerned with a conversation with each other. The hallways had peeling wallpaper. Room was ok. The website said room service but when we called the desk to ask details the attendant said no room service and hung up. We travel all the time for our kids sports we stay in motels and hotels. We chose this hotel to have a nicer than usual hotel and we weee disappointed. Mostly by the staff

Excellent staff, property and rooms. Great choice for our pet friendly stay. Good price, felt safe and welcomed. Beautiful lobby. Staff treated us all like family and we really appreciated it.
