Our family really enjoyed our stay! Clean, easy to get to the mall and Ikea, and comfortable. We did want to swim in the mornings and although the pool said open at 6, it didn't open until after 8 both days.

Their system was down for two days, I understand that however we traveled for 5 hours to stay here and it would have been nice to have an early check in. When I spoke to the General Manager he was a little rude about it and refused to allow me to cancel my reservation without a refund. I wanted to cancel and go stay at the hotel my family was staying at that allowed the early check in. This ruined our whole night, we came to town for a very expensive concert, we literally had to get ready in the lobby bathroom. I’m also a GM at a hotel and I understand the system being down is out of their control, however allowing the guest to cancel and refund is totally the hotels fault. There were many upset guests in the lobby! Also heard airplanes all night long, extremely loud. We will not be returning!

Shawn is the most amazing bartender ever! After a long day of traveling, he hooked our kids up with some chicken fingers and fries at almost 1 am and poured me a nice big glass of wine. He was so friendly and seemed genuinely happy to help. We slept ok despite planes taking off and landing all night long, but we booked the stay at the airport so what did we expect! If you’re staying here, go see Shawn!

It started with your revolving door going too fast and throwing me off my feet, losing my walker. The manager did nothing while the door constantly hit my head and foot. Finally my partner stopped the door and a gent who was a weight lifter picked me up. All your manager did was offer me 2 free cookies. I have a bump still after 5 days and the bruise is still on my ankle. I missed going to a Twins game and going to the Mall of America. Plus seeing my family. I am not happy with my treatment at the Double Tree Hilton. This was the first time I have been injured at a hotel and also the worse treatment I have ever gotten. I may hire a lawyer.

Hotel is under renovation, NO hot tub at all, restaurant expensive/not family friendly, no microwave or coffee in room, no complimentary coffee, big hotel and room was far away from lobby. It was clean and reasonably priced and right by the airport and Mall of America. This hotel could be very nice, but was disappointing in its current state.

This is a great place for a business gathering that you could bring your family along. The MOA is in walking distance and fill with days of things to do and places to eat. Guest rooms are large and comfortable.

The location of the hotel to the Mall of America was in good walking distance. Very comfortable, modern and clean environment. My family enjoyed their stay.
