Very clean, staff was all very friendly. However, many families stay here apparently, and there were lots of kids running up and down the halls, jumping off furniture until 11 pm, so made it difficult to sleep.

The property is close to the airport and the mall. Staff was great and checked us in early. The room was cute and perfect for my husband and I and it was a plus to have a full size fridge and kitchen since we stayed for 6 days. We were visiting some very sick family members so the location was wonderful - easy to hit the highways to Wisconsin and also to see some family that lived in southern MN. Our only complaint would be the walls are very thin. One night we could hear our nieghbors playing music all night like we were sitting there with them and then the last 2 nights of our stay the people above us seemed to be having some kind of jumping contest all hours of the night. Other than that we had a very pleasant stay.

Nice hotel but I was told that on the third day they would clean our room but they never did. Otherwise was it a nice hotel to have a mini vacation with our family.

We got a big room with a kitchenette. It was really good for us and out two wild kids, age 4 and 2. Only one small complaint I can really think of, which is that the vent fan in the bathroom wasn't very effective.

This hotel was excellent! The room was extremely spacious and the kitchenette was perfect for our family. It was so convenient having a full fridge and sink! The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. We will definitely be staying here again!

I called early in the day to cancel as we had an illness in the family and we're unable to go on this trip (this hotel stay was just to get us closer to the hotel for a Thursday flight we needed to catch). I was told I couldn't cancel inside of 48 hours without losing a fee of one nights stay.. but I was only staying one night so there was zero policy for that situation. I expected I could get SOME of my money back. Then I asked if my daughter could use the room and because she's 20 she could not. Overall disappointing

The suite we booked was spacious, clean and very comfortable for our family of 5. The staff was helpful and courteous, parking was not a problem, and the location was convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel, the 2 bedroom suite was perfect for my husband and I and our 3 older children. Easy, close walk to mall. Breakfast is included, which is nice, but I don't think they change the menu. Variety would be an added bonus! Also, the pillows are too soft and I think the air conditioning is motion censored because it would get a little warm at night when no one is moving around. But, overall, a very nice stay and I would definitely stay again and recommend. Great value for the location.

Close to Mall of America. Very comfortable. Excellent breakfast - works great for families with children. Clean pool Priced right . Great for a short or long visit as has a kitchen.
