Hotel was beautiful and clean. Perfect for the night we needed, and breakfast was suitable even for picky children. (Waffles for the win) area near by a little ehh, but it was late when we pulled in so hard to tell. Overall I would stay here again. Be advised that Expedia advertises that there is a pool, and there is not pool at the hotel!! The host was kind enough to inform Us on our arrival as I had two young kids with me. But it wasn’t a deal breaker as we were there for an event at the DCU center down town.

Room was nice , they gave us a room with a joining door and we had noise neighbors. It was a little uncomfortable because I had kids with me and was inconsiderate and inappropriate

The pool was closed, nothing on here stated it was closed. The bathroom in our room was dirty, dust on countertop, pubic hair in the tub and when we pulled the covers back in the bed. The room had a weird smell to it, my husband said it smelled like weed. We stayed for 50 mins and checked out. Im not stay there with toung kids. The frint desk lady didnt care at all. Just said oh well, you're going to still be charged in full. Really ??? Just not right at all.

we were a family of 4 booked into a "King Suite" with a pull out couch for the second bed. but when we arrived, there were no linens for the hide a bed. the front desk wouldn't bring them up. had to go down twice to get the full assortment after they forgot to give us pillow cases.

They gave my room away, claimed there was issue with my credit card and I had no number listed. They don’t know I kept my confirmation for my credit card holding the room and my phone number. I had three young kids with me, so I’m thinking they made more money by giving it away. Now they lost a customer and I will let everyone know of this horribly sad experience

We were in town for a family event and stayed here. It was very clean, nicely updated and the breakfast was good. The people were very nice as well. Only suggestion is to add room safes.

The hotel staff was wonderful. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. The hotel was clean and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was great. One negative is the pool was closed for the summer. We had many rooms booked for a family reunion and were disappointed we did not have this available. Also, the hotel is pet friendly which is great but both of our rooms smelled like "wet dog". Other friends rooms did not so next time we will request a non-pet room if possible. We would stay here again though.
