The hotel is very clean, the room we stayed is big, washroom is so spacious, very comfortable for family of 4. We enjoyed the stay at this hotel.

We did a one night stay at the end of school vacation even though we live in town. The kids absolutely loved the pool. The staff was so friendly and the room was beautiful. I’ll definitely stay again!

Visited our son at WPI. Hotel was close to school, so very convenient. Appeared new/updated. It was comfortable for our family. Fairly priced. Would stay again.

My family and I stayed from 9/1 to 9/4/2022.
To be honest, we were really disappointed regarding our room and staying at the hotel. Here why:
1) The first night we had the impression (from the status of the bed and the smell) that the BED SHEETS were NOT CLEANED and they had not been changed from the previous customer. Since it was just an impression we did not report anything -- Although today I strongly believe that the bed sheets have not been changed from the previous person that occupied the room.
2) By Friday evening nobody cleaned our room. So, I went down to the reception and I asked for motivation. The receptionist told me that the hotel cleans the room EVERY FOUR DAYS (!!!) OR when the customer asks for it. We were not aware of this policy. Nobody informed us at check-in. So, I formally ASKED TWICE to have the room CLEANED, and the receptionist confirmed 'all set'. In the meantime I asked for soap, conditioner and shampoo since the supply in the room ran out.
3) On Saturday we were out most of the day and when we came back the room was as we left (!!?!!?!!) We were completely surprised and shocked at the same time!! We ran out towels for the day after so again I went down to pick those up. As well we ran out of tissues and again I had to go down to pick up. We also made the bed. The trash can was full and never empty...a NIGHTMARE!
I contacted the manager GERRY twice... He NEVER replied back...NO COMMENT!

Hotel was convenient for moving both my kids in and out of apartments at Clark and WPI. Parking was great.
