Comfort Inn & Suites Sturbridge - Brimfield

Both of the Comfort Inns that my family stayed in within the past two weeks smelled bad. They need to be cleaned better and more often. I will still go back because my family of 6 was comfortable both times.

The room was spacious and worked for a family of 5. The added bonus was having an indoor poor and outdoor pool for activities on site.

The pools and hot tub were great, and it's a great place for families with kids. They need to upgrade/update things like the bathrooms and dining room furniture. Also, breakfast should go until 10AM over a long holiday weekend, even if it's a weekday (like July 4,2024-July 7, 2024).

Our family stayed for one night on our way home from vacation. Hotel was very clean. Inside and outside pools are right next to each other and the kids had fun going back and forth between them. Breakfast was okay. The hours are short - 6-9am. When we got there at 8am they were out of a lot of things and rather than checking and replenishing we had to ask the woman working what was empty before she replenished.

went for a quick day trip with family to enjoy the pool and we were very happy with the entire stay. staff, facility , room were just perfect.staff were very polite and helpful, room were very clean and hallways. also pool are was very clean. will go again soon

I reserved and paid $612.12 for two HOTEL rooms on hotels.com for Comfort Inn & Suites Sturbridge-Brimfield in Sturbridge. When I arrived, I was told my two rooms were outside in the MOTEL area on the grounds. NO WHERE in my reservation did it say outside/motel rooms. Told by hotel that it's hotels.com problem. Told by hotels.com that the hotel gave the the description of saying "Located on the ground floor" which implies HOTEL room on the first floor. The Comfort Inn's and hotels.com websites shows NO exterior photos of the MOTEL part of their grounds and their outside MOTEL rooms are described as "Different Building", "Ground Floor", and "Exterior Corridor". The employee also told me that their description of "Pet-Friendly Room" means MOTEL room. Um, how am I supposed to know pet-friendly means motel room. I checked in late (8pm+) with my sister and young children. Kids tired and hungry so too late to get a new hotel room. Told no HOTEL rooms available. Forced to walk outside (bugs/dark) for ice, pool, food. Mosquitos entered the MOTEL rooms each time the doors were opened. I never would have reserved these two expensive rooms had I'd known they were MOTEL rooms. Ruined our family time.

Really a great place to stay for a family trip! It was clean (not immaculate). The rooms look to be a bit old. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I do wish the breakfast bar had not ran out of eggs and sausage when I came down, still with 30 mins left. That said, there is a great selection of food items for breakfast. The earlier you get there the better. Also, the everyone LOVED the waffles. They had 2 waffle irons, including one that made 4 mini waffles (adorable and delicious) Above all, the beds were clean and SO comfortable, we had the best sleep!

Always a preferred location for our family

Nice place to stay. My only complaint was the condition of the indoor pool. I was really looking forward to using it. But the water was murky. Could have been all the kids that used it but it grossed me out! The outdoor pool was being monopolized by a whole family. And the hot tub was closed. But it was ok orherwise
