Southbridge Hotel and Conference Center

My God!! A nostalgic journey in an old relic of mfg now converted into a greY getaway!! I will bring my family next time!! The area is so close to Sturbridge village ,great nearby eateries . I could go on and on and on as I watch the fire pit in the outside court

We were there on August 4th and 5th. The price was very good with the way they kept the room. We got two joint room and kids loved it. The place is very cozy, very specious. Breakfast was good. Had tons of things to do indoor. This is a Bargain for the location.

My favorite place to stay with my family and friends

Drove 4 hour to get to hotel and sat down at Restaurant at 9:25. They ignored us untill 9:55pm and took our order, ten minutes later they came out and tolds us they could not make our food all the cooks left. We had a total of 5 kids and they were hungry and tired from the trip and no place else was open. They then continued to argue with us till almost 11 pm. Also had family in another room and at midnight the toilet started to overflow. The lady at the counter was very rude and said no one is here to fixed it. Will never go back

Inviting staff, great amenities, clean! We were in town for a softball tournament and the kids loved the pool and indoor basketball court. We will definitely stay there again!

I was hit in the face with a football at the pool, I’m 5mth pregnant, I was inches away from my two toddlers and 2yr old nephew. The family laughed didn’t apologize and kept going like nothing happened, staff tried to help but again the family was rude and kept doing what they were doing. I stay here often and I was just so angry bothered and irritated with all of it. I will be making a complaint and doing a review and I’m never “that Karen” but it is what it is this time

My family was satisfied with the hotel services when we booked in a last minute.

We live this hotel. The kids love the indoor basketball ball court and lovely big pool.
