Courtyard by Marriott Worcester

Room was nice, had mini fridge and microwave which is very helpful when traveling with kids. Everything was in working order. The only issue was the parking we paid for, there was absolutely no spots and people parked on the sidewalks and handicapped spots

I did not like that I paid almost $500 for a room that they did not have ready until 2 hours after check in. We waited over an hour in the hotel lobby for our room to be cleaned. When I asked about a discount I was given a free drink with my breakfast that already comes with the booking. All and all this was a mediocre hotel. The check in clerk wreaked of cigarettes and she was on FaceTime with a bunch of children when I asked her how much longer my wait would be.

Beautiful hotel. The decor is beautiful. Will recommend to friends and family.

Nothing about this stay was fantastic. It was just there. They dont provide water, you have to purchase, breakfast is not included,l either. For the amount of money they charge, your better off stay in the Hampton inn next door especially if you have young kids. Just my thoughts.

I had a very bad experience because the room I stayed - there is a door on the wall between my room and the next room, at first I thought it was okay. Then the 3rd night was totally a nightmare. I would never ever want to stay at a room like this. I was almost traumatized. We went to bed early at 10pm because of my child's next day competition, then at 11pm (not exactly when, but late night for sure), a couple came back, their talking continued, their voices were so clear and loud, just like spoke beside us. The most terrible thing was, they started having adult activities and made embarrasing noises, loud again, oh my godness...totally a torture to us. I believe it was not the couple's fault, they had right to speak / have sex in their room, but the hotel should have considered what could happen and should have done something about the door/wall between two rooms to reduce noises.

Unfortunately, this hotel and the Hampton Inn share a parking lot together that forced my family and I to park on the street. Another issue is the kitchen staff were yelling and making a ton of noise during the early part of the morning like 5:00 AM. It was a disappointment to say the least. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone nor will I plan future stay in this hotel.

Pool is basically an oversized hot tub. We had 11 baseball families stay for a tournament. Specifically choose this hotel based on the picture of the pool, which was completely distorted compared to the real thing. Total disappointment!

It was a beautiful hotel that I wish I got to enjoy. :( I had to rush out of there at 1am as my babysitter called that my son fell off his bunk bed. So I wish I waaable To stay but I had to leave very suddenly. Wish I could of saved the money and booked another time :(

Being familiar with Courtyard hotels and similar hotels from a great deal of business travel, I was very pleased that this particular Courtyard exceeded my expectations when I booked three rooms for a family event in Worcester. .
