My bed sheets was dirty like if a kid touch them with dirty hand one of the towels has a foodprint

We had a great time at this hotel! Room was clean, beds were comfortable…they could stand to have bigger bathrooms and provide more towels to shower with, but overall it was a great experience. Breakfast was delicious. Note they switch out breakfast meats and egg types (bacon/sausage and scrambled eggs/circle egg for English muffins) they don’t have them all out at the same time. I make note of this as my child is a bacon lover and doesn’t like sausage so if you are a parent of a picky eater I suggest calling down to ask what meats are available ahead of time. Pool is also “heated” but isn’t warm. lol had to make this distinction. Will definitely be staying here again.

Front desk friendly upon check in. Housekeeping also helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Indoor pool was warm and has a nice deep end for the kids to swim in. The pool area needs a little attention but it didn’t bother us.

If I had the chance I would have rated this hotel 2 1/2. It was clean which is important. However, the staff was not very friendly. I witnessed the desk clerk be extremely rude to another guest. Except for the maid, I didn't see 1 staff member smile. The place looks old. In the hallway, was this old, cabinet that looked like it had been there since 1970. The bathroom was very small. I think I paid more than it was worth. I would not recommend it for a small family, but if you are there on a business trip or sports travel league and you are not going to pay more than $160 a night, it would be ok.

The room was cold no dam heat and there was NO HOT WATER for freakin showers ….my granddaughter is allergic to the world pretty much and loves to swim I had to have her take quick cold showers to get the clorine off of her from the pool then go into a cold room bc the heat wouldn’t work…. Went back to this hotel bc my grandkids had a lot of fun last year I don’t know if I’ll return next yr or even later this year….I don’t like being cold it was cold outside last weekend and in my room
