Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, BWI Airport (Baltimore), MD

The room was ok. Housekeeping was ok. But there was a power outage and wemlost TV service that was never fixed before the end of my stay. So all day Sunday and Monday there was no TV. Imagine sitting in a room alone with no TV. My family event was Saturday so Sunday was planned for relaxation. What a bummer.

My stay was quite satisfying for myself and family. The establishment gave a wholesome homely feel and the decoy matched. The amenities were great and available at your request.

We arrived close to midnight and I was concerned that would be an issue but we were able to check right in with great help. I had made the reservation only a few hours before when we were on the road and our usual stay, Embassy Suites, was double the usual rate so I figured I would try to save on cost since it was already going to be an expensive weekend eating out, games, etc. We rented the one bedroom suite as we prefer a separate bedroom. When we got to the room, it looked like it had been cleaned as there were fresh linens on the bed but there was an opened soda bottle on the kitchenette counter and some fried food crumbs on the floor next to the bed. The AC was really cold at night which we love but the pull out bed did not have any pillows or additional blankets other than the bed sheets that were on it. The main bed was not very comfortable (and I don't mind hard beds). There was a large continental breakfast, although we did not take part in but it smelt great. All staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall, it was convenient and worked for our purpose of going to an Os game and visiting family but I will pay the extra and stay at our usual spot next time.

I did not get the room I had specifically booked to accommodate my family. When I went back to the front desk to get the correct room the next room I was given smelled so strongly of weed we had to leave. We ended up back in the smaller room. Hotel overall is run down and could use some updates.

Service was poor, unprofessional. Ice machine didn't work on the 4th floor, had to go to the main lobby to get ice. Small pillows on the King size bed looked like pillows for a child's bed. Toilet leaked and sink leaked. I wouldn't recommend it, nor will I stay there again.

We were there for Christmas night as we were visiting family for the holiday. As always the staff was lovely and the service was great. Jenn at the front desk was especially helpful and friendly.

In town for family college graduation. Very comfortable and convenient to UMBC.

My room was never serviced by the cleaning staff. The linen wasn't changed and I had used towels and wash cloths stored in the bathroom. I didn't complain because I was there by myself. If my family had traveled with me I would've made a complaint.

Everything nice. When the hotel gets updated next I suggest getting taller toilets. The ones currently are short for kids.

I checked in about 1am and that process was painless. I normally inspect the room but this time I was tired and passed right out. I woke up to shower and found about 5 long dark hairs on the shower wall, a clump of hair under the sink , and a hand full of stubble hairs in the first towel I grabbed. Room was dated- and in need of repair Breakfast was a joke - The sausages were burnt and stale - bread was stale - didnt even want to risk trying the eggs or milk. Hotel shuttle was supposed to leave at 920 I called the night before and reserved my spot for this. I got down to the lobby about 910 - Saw a family waiting with their luggage - and I grabbed a seat outside next to the shuttle - as I am checking emails - a guy jumps in and just takes off in the shuttle - I asked the front desk guy why the shuttle left without anyone and he mumbled an excuse of him needing to buy milk - shuttle came back 15 minutes later - with a passenger from the airport - I almost missed my flight because the driver paid not attention to people waiting. The whole experience was a struggle and I contemplated leaving a night early- Next time I will pay the extra 40 bucks and stay at a nicer hotel.
