Homewood Suites by Hilton Baltimore-BWI Airport

very accessible, smell too strong- cigarettes' and others substances.. we were with little kids. love the fact that is a pet friendly.

The pool was not available. In addition to wanting a suite since we are a family of four, we also chose this space because of the pool. Everyone was bummed to discover it was closed.

Purchased the room through Hotels.com. Prepaid for my room for $520 for a three night stay. I have done this many times and it has always been worth it. At check in they took credit card for incidentals which is normal and expected. At checkout the front desk attendant asked for our room number and said you are all set. A few days later i have a charge from the hotel for $468. I contact the hotel and they tell me they never charged me. I send them screen shots of my account and they tell me they can't help me. They just don't care. The hotel itself is absolutely fine. Breakfast was good. The room was exactly as described and worked for my family. This would have been the place we stayed for all of our trips to Baltimore but not anymore. Ridiculous.

Stayed 2 nights. Staff was pleasant. Liked that the bedroom was separate from kitchen/living room. It was nice that pots/plates/silverware/glasses were provided & being able to cook a few things to bring to a bbq. Thought hallways weren't very well lit. Heard pool was closed but it was also closed last year when my family had stayed - had it been open at all thru the year? I would recommend this property & would stay again.

I was very happy that I did not have to get 2 rooms. My family of 5 was able to stay together in a suite with a kitchen king size bed and full bathroom, other room was 2 double beds and a full bathroom and the sitting area had a pullout sofa bed, for an excellent price. We were able to pay for our vehicle to stay long-term while we went on vacation. Free shuttle in the morning, which got us to our flight on time.

The Property is well connected to the Inner harbor and location is good. The staff and services are good. The rooms look bit old and need some upgrade. No exhaust fan in restroom and water drains slow in the tub. the tv channel selections should have more choice for kids.

The 2 bedroom suite option was a life saver. The space was amazing and so needed. We also had 2 bathrooms so it made the morning getting ready so accommodable. The place is a bit dated and could use so modern upgrades badly. It appeared clean but I wasn't totally confident. But for one night for a family of 5, it was perfect!

In our reservation, I requested a crib for our baby. I called the morning of our reservation to confirm there would be a crib and I was told yes. I wanted to make sure it would be in our room upon arrival since we'd be getting in late. Upon arrival, there was no crib so my husband had to go to the front desk and request one and bring it to the room himself. Part of the reason I booked the hotel was for the pool, but I missed the note on the website that it was closed for repairs. Disappointing, but my own fault for not looking more closely.

The hotels.com description said there was an indoor pool but it was closed. It sounded been nice to know this before traveling with a child I promised a pool too.

This property was okay. I stayed for only one night but expected more. I arrived early and could not be accommodated til check in which wasn’t a big deal but would have been nice if the room was actually clean. I enter the room and the air was not on high with a 93 degree weather day. It smelled musty and the humidity could be cut with a knife. I turned on the air conditioner which worked perfectly fine. I go to the bathroom and the floor appeared as if it was not clean in weeks. I didn’t bother with housekeeping because I planned on cleaning anyways for safety measures. But the towels and wash clothes were stained and it’s obvious they needed to be replaced. Once again, I was already tired and did not feel like complaining about a room when another room was probably in the same condition. The property facilities were not extravagant. The pool was small and indoors with improper ventilation. The neighboring property, Towneplace Suites, had an outdoor ambience way better than Homewood Suites with an outdoor inground pool, bonfire pit, and grilling area. Homewood Suites has a grilling area but it’s did not appear to be in working order. In the morning, I went to the complimentary breakfast which was mediocre. It would be nice if they offered a waffle maker or more hot items. I think the hotel would benefit for minor fixes with better housekeeping and better amenities. I personally would not stay here with my family if given the option again due to hygiene and lack of amenities
