During the evening/night the lights went out and we were in the room no tv no microwave barely any lights with children and nothing was done about this issue ! No on apologized reached out to customers or anything.

Mattress’s we’re old and sagging in spots. Fridge DIDN’T work and our child had medication that needed refrigerated. Parking lot was PITCH DARK and the parking lot was packed full. We paid to park there for 9 days and there was no parking spots in designated area and it was also pitch black with a car missing all 4 wheels and tires. We’re told they over booked stuff to go park wherever. Hopefully my car will still be there when I get back and in one piece, not broken into.

Made reservation for 2 adults 2 children king bed and sofa bed, there were no linens for the sleep sofa. I called the front desk she just said “got it” waited more than 20 minutes it was close to 10, 2 kids and a 6:30 am flight , my husband went to the front desk to collect the linens.

After being in line behind soldiers that were checking in, when i was the 3rd person to be served, i saw a pleasant act of good teamwork from the hotel staff. The bartender took something to drink to the two people at the counter. That gesture alone let me know that my family's stay was going to be nice.....and it was. The room, 309 was quite roomy with a king bed and a pull out sofa....we will stay again.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past. It could benefit from a few updates but our stay was comfortable and pleasant with children.

3 minutes from the airport, convenient shuttle. Walls were paper thin and had children screaming around us all night. Overall condition of property is poor-dated, gross stained tub. Trash on the floor when we arrived. Would not recommend

1st when we checked in it was all smooth, got to our room, it was not the room I had booked. Called the front desk, they said the double bed room was sold out. After calling hotels.com and 25 minutes on the phone, suddenly they had a room available. Went to the alternate room, smelled HEAVILY of smoke. I Said NO will stay in the original room, because my family was tired. Other than that, stay was fine. You get a cookie when checking in. The bar has watered down liquor, so don’t expect something fancy, but the bartender was nice. The crab cake from the restaurant was amazing!! Staff friendly, and the room was a good size.

Myself and adult children, enjoyed our stay, staff was friendly and the 24hr gym was definitely a plus. We would definitely stay at the Double Tree by Hilton again.

Great breakfast buffet bartender Emily AWESOME Front desk staff non friendly and oblivious to the children running around the lobby all night. I won't stay here again, I mentioned it to the staff again in the morning I was told "Wow i miss all the excitement" So non professional

The water faucet for the showers and tub was extremely hard to cut on. Not kids, women, or elderly friendly, or easy to turn on. It took much, much effort and strength to turn the faucet on and off. Too, too difficult to turn knobs.
