It was a overnight due to a family emergency but the room was clean. Lots of TV channels. Near loads of places to eat. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

I typically stay here when I am back in town visiting friends. I got a suite this time which was great, however unlike previous visits the other guests weren’t as quiet as they used to be. Not sure if because the hotel was more full than usual but the people above me must have had children and they ran and dropped stuff above me all day for two days. I was miserable. I have no issue with the hotel or service just the guest and their loud children. Also I had no idea this hotel accepted pets and I see the posts online have pictures of pets in the beds. No thank you. I’ll likely find a hotel that doesn’t offer pets or the likelihood to have kids.

I had a little trouble finding the property when coming from the airport on the double tree hotel side but a quick call to the Sonesta hotel solved that issue. The rooms are spacious with all the amenities you need to feel home away from home. The kitchen in the room was fully equipped and organized. The room was spacious and had a recliner chair which was perfect for melting away the stress of the day. There are eateries like Cjhik fila and Mac Donald’s and a family restaurant. Within minutes from shopping and the highway. Would return for sure and recommend to friends. Lovely experience overall from check in to check out!!

This hotel was convenient to the highway. Parking was very easy. I love that it had an inroom kitchen like a little studio apartment. I was very satisfied and would stay there again! MINUS the family staying in the room above me who had small kids that sounded like a herd of elephants over my head for the ENTIRE week I was there. I complained to front desk but that made no difference..that family was super inconsiderate!

The property had its own theme and it was my first time at this property. Courtesy ride from airport was given as promised. And the prices are competitive for an extended stay. Though I just stayed a night and didn’t use most of kitchen amenities. It is good for families and is an airport hotel close to BWI

This hotel was nasty to say the least . My sheets had stains on them . My recliner had stains and was broken , they said they would bring another one up but never did . The chairs were torn and ripped leather faded down to the cushion . Carpet even worse. The property looked horrendous as they were tearing up baseboards and had mold treatment machines in every floor i entered . No where does it say online this is a process they are going through . I had small children with me and i was scared to even let them sleep on or touch the bedding and couches .Mold TREATMENT and i had small kids with me !!!!!!!!!!The staff was amazing but the stay at this hotel i have to say was disgusting.
