Staybridge Suites Baltimore BWI Airport, an IHG Hotel

The hotel is under some major renovation, which can be seen everywhere. The room was very comfortable and new, however, I think because of the construction, we saw (and killed) two baby roaches on the bathroom vanity, likely coming up from the sink as a water source. We had to check all of our things to make sure no roaches were in them and throw away our toothbrushes. We didn't use the kitchen, so we don't know if there were any in there. We left so early that we didn't mention it to the front desk staff. Again, we don't think it was because of uncleanness; we think it's because of all the construction going on causing bugs and other things to move from where they normally would be.

The staff was very helpful in upgrading our family to a roomier suite and helping us arrange the shuttle service so we could park our vehicle at the hotel during our vacation. However, there was some sleep-disrupting noise from the hotel building itself--maybe a heating system?

We are a family of 4, but almost 10 years age difference in kids. They hate sharing a bed. We got a 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect. Everyone had their own bed, 2 bathrooms and the living area. Sofa was a little worn, but overall it was clean, well maintained and awesome staff.

Didn’t get the rooms we reserved. Got our room but someone was in it. Got the last room in the hotel. Super small room for my family. Asked about getting to the cruise port and front staff was not helpful

We were in town in Baltimore to attend a wedding, 2 adults, 3 kids. We wished for space to get ready, for the kids to spread out etc etc and our 4 night stay at your hotel was PERFECT. We loved the breakfast too. Our family suite had a bathroom for us adults, and one for the kids, everyone was happy and this was the perfect end to our USA holiday!

Beware pet owners! Although somewhere in fine print they say they list the pet policy as a $100 NON-refundable fee per pet per stay, it is not clear through their Priority Club Member website. We were shocked when we arrived and were told that it would cost us $200 for our 2 small dogs to stay in the room with us...MUCH more than the cost of the room for our family of four, and we only stayed one night. Since we arrived from the airport late, we had no choice but to pay their very high fee. So the one night stay that should have cost us only $173 USD, ended up costing us $373 USD. The most I EVER paid in non-refundable fees in the best of hotels in Europe was 25 Euros. This hotel was certainly not even close to those standards. On top of the pet problems, the toilet handle was broken, the shower only had a trickle of water, and there was quite alot of noise from outside.
