I can't recall when I last checked into a hotel with this uninterested and unfriendly front desk staff. Chose this hotel for a short stay next to the airport so while we didn't expect much we had hoped that a Marriott family hotel would be better.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here . Everything was perfect and just as describe. When I come back to Baltimore I will be making my way back to this area because it was very pleasant .

Unfortunately it did not start or end well. It took 3 tries to program my room keys in order to get in the hotel and our room. Not fun standing out in 90 + degree heat trying to get in the hotel from the side entrances with a toddler and luggage. I asked for a 4:30am wake up call , but did not get one!!!! Thank goodness I was anxious about getting my niece to the airport in time that I was awake very early anyway. At checkout, no one seemed interested in listening to my concerns:(
