Fairfield Inn & Suites Baltimore BWI Airport

Beautiful and exceptionally clean and spacious lobby area — the whole family noticed and commented on how upscale it felt. The staff members were very friendly and hospitable. Rooms comfortable. We’d stay there again vs. paying a lot more for a downtown Baltimore hotel. Worth the short drive into the city.

The washer and dryer were a lifesaver as we were traveling with a baby.

Called multiple times before getting through. Took half an hour. Called to ask about where to meet the shuttle just to be told No shuttle was available because of increment weather. Very upsetting since I was alone with a baby and lots of bags. But they did reimburse my Uber. Otherwise I loved my stay.

My family and I were very comfortable staying at this hotel. Breakfast was great and the staff was knowledgeable and courteous. The free shuttle to and from BWI was easy. Exactly as advertised. We will definitely stay again when flying in and out of BWI.

The Fairfield inn was comfortable enough, and seemed clean enough, until we discovered roaches!! The staff was friendly, but front desk always sitting down not too professional in my opinion!! Also we were traveling with children and never informed the pool was closed, we found out upon arrival!!

I’m very disappointed with my stay somehow there was an issue with our keycard and we were unable to access our room. No one was able to get us in the room for 3 or more hours no matter how many time they redid it or made new cards. I’m anemic and had to sit in the cold lobby the time until they decided to send someone to the hotel to fix the situation, and they were out off hot coco which is the only warm beverage that I drink. I just want to get in my warm room which I heated up for when we came back from the pool.The rooms are small. The staff was friendly, the kids were in the pool and after they got out we all were in the cold lobby 10 something at night. They did give the kids that were in the pool blankets. But it was weird being in swim attire in the lobby. I will never stay there again it was to many issues.
