Holiday Inn Baltimore BWI Airport, an IHG Hotel

Our family stayed at this hotel for free using 3rd party credits, but we would totally have paid $150/night and felt good about it! We needed a room near the airport before our flight out of BWI and this hotel totally exceeded our expectations. It was very easy to find, very clean and quiet, staff was efficient, beds were very comfortable, and taking the free shuttle from hotel to the airport was an absolute breeze. Would 100% recommend this hotel and stay here again! We are very hard to please, so the fact that everyone in our family loved this hotel is a huge compliment!!!

I stay with my family for 3 days, we was there for a graduation and not complain at all. Very comfy, crew is professional and very friendly, ladies for the cleaning are doing amazing jobs. Is very convenient close to everything.

I was in room 126 1st floor handicapped room. the safe is on the floor so you would have to lay down to really reach it, if I was in a wheel chair, i would tip over trying. Closet door prohibits you from hanging cloths on upper rack because it is not wide enough for a mans suit hanger and the lower rack will make a dress hang on the floor. Bathroom round mirror did not light up, hair dryer smoked when turned on it was replaced. Wall paper in a a bathroom is not practicle steam from shower cases pealing and many patches on the paper. corners of shower and grout looked moldy, faucets are wrong for that type sink. The water spout pushes the water back on the counter the spout is not long enough over the sink bowl., and a little more counter space would have been helpful. Handicapped rooms should always be closest to an elevator or front door for fire safety and if they travel with a service animal to go outside. Not every handicapped person is in a wheelchair, they have mobility issues, heart, diabetic etc. There was no cream for the coffee for 3 days, putting almond milk in the half and half container should never happen which did, because people that have a nut allergy could die from that. I have stayed here before and was disappointed this time, our family had 3 different rooms since we were here for a family event but I think we will be booking someplace else next time. You really need to do better if you want to compete. Your staff was very friendly they were great

We had a family emergency happen with a unexpected death and could not stay to leave earlier than expected by 1 day. We paid for 3 days and only used 2 days. We just felt that they should have considered the problem we were faced with and give us a refund on the 3rd day. I called Expedia and they tried to encourage them to refund us, but they declined the refund. We lost a full day of occupancy and also lost my husbands father to an unexpected death.

clean rooms, friendly front desk staff. this is our go-to hotel when visting family in maryland

We rented a hotel room for the night as we have two small children and had an early flight. We had requested a crib and mentioned it in advance and they told us it wouldn't be a problem. When we arrived, we mentioned the crib again and they told us it would be delivered in about 30 minutes. It took longer than expected, but that was because they found out the crib was broken and actually went out and bought a new one...above and beyond. The staff were extremely helpful and sweet. We would stay here again!
