Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor

Trashy service staff have bad attitude they charged my card so mucb for nothing got it sorted out but money still hasnt been released! I really love the hotel location comfort excellent but service sucked and the breakfast bistro place bad service stood 2 hrs two days in row and my family and i didnt even get seated at a table or chance order to go or anything staff walked past us took care of other customers that came after us felt very racist or i dont know what was the cause of that!

The breakfast offer that comes with the room had extremely long lines and it was wrapped into the hallway- and just thought that should be managed differently or held in a different space to accommodate a larger number of guests. My family and I ended looking to eat elsewhere even though this was prepaid.

Location was great for a quick getaway with the family. A lot of the stores were closed in the harbor but the hotel was good.

So drove 9 hours, previously had made the reservation and confirmed the reservation via online. Got there early had to find something to do as the room was not ready. At 4:00 supposed check-in time as stated on their policy, I go to get my room key and they tell me my room is still not cleaned and ready?! I said well what do you expect me to do we are 9 hours away we have reservations coming up for an event in a couple hours and we need to get in the room and all she said was I understand and then shushed me to the next person in line! Bewildered and disappointed on top of tired and a long drive, I walk back to the car that I just paid $32 for parking in their own garage, made reservations for another hotel as we were out of time and had to get in the room to get cleaned up and get ready for the event. After I've had confirmed reservations with another hotel I called from there parking garage to the front office and told them that I was canceling my reservation as it's now 5:00 p.m. and my room was still not ready. As soon as I said I was canceling I was told what you're not getting your money back!! I said excuse me! I've been here for a couple hours waiting for my room that was supposed to be prepared and ready by 4:00 p.m. check-in it is now 5:00 p.m. my room is not ready I can't wait for you I have to have a room so I made other reservations and I sure will get my money back! She said you will absolutely not get your money back and hung up on me! Are you absolutely kiddin

Got to the hotel early, our room was ready but they charge us an early check in fee $50 then they charge another $50 as a maintenance deposit. Still waiting for that to come back into my account, most likely won’t get that back cause of the room they stuck us in. Get to the room we put our bags up not bad of a room, we all go to the Aquarium for the day come back and our room and it smells heavily of pot. Call the front desk and they move us to another room this time the room is a conjoining room, the electric lock on the door on the room side is broken open. We felt like we were being punished for someone smoking pot in their room and it getting into the ventilation system and blowing into our room where we have a 5 and 9 year kids. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again or any Hyatt for that matter.

Stayed for the 4th of July. watched the fireworks from the rooftop because I had a standard city view room;)Pool was closed during firework show (9:30) bar was open ;). Breakfast the next morning started at 6:30 and the pool opened at 8 so we had time for one last rooftop swim after breakfast 2 children 2 adults on a “staycation”

It was HORRIBLE! When I got to my Hotel the Hyatt with my co nfirmation number the hotel stated Hotels.com never confirmed my reservation with the Hyatt and I was unable to stay at the hotel that I reserved and had a confirmation with. Hotels com customer service was not very helpful and let me and my family very dissapointed. I have used Hotels.com in the past however after this incident I am not sure if I would use Hotels.com again.

Beautiful hotel me and my family had a great experience. I will use this hotel when i visit again.

We liked our room. It had a great view of the Harbor. Unfortunately, our room was not soundproof. We could hear a baby crying in the room right next to us.

I was here for an overnight stay while visiting someone in the hospital. Overall, my stay was fine. The food I had was excellent. My main complaint is the toilet in the bathroom of my room was ridiculously low to the floor and had a foot lever to flush. I felt as though I was dealing with a toilet meant for a small child.
