Trashy service staff have bad attitude they charged my card so mucb for nothing got it sorted out but money still hasnt been released! I really love the hotel location comfort excellent but service sucked and the breakfast bistro place bad service stood 2 hrs two days in row and my family and i didnt even get seated at a table or chance order to go or anything staff walked past us took care of other customers that came after us felt very racist or i dont know what was the cause of that!

Location was great for a quick getaway with the family. A lot of the stores were closed in the harbor but the hotel was good.

It was HORRIBLE!
When I got to my Hotel the Hyatt with my co nfirmation number the hotel stated Hotels.com never confirmed my reservation with the Hyatt and I was unable to stay at the hotel that I reserved and had a confirmation with. Hotels com customer service was not very helpful and let me and my family very dissapointed. I have used Hotels.com in the past however after this incident I am not sure if I would use Hotels.com again.

We liked our room. It had a great view of the Harbor. Unfortunately, our room was not soundproof. We could hear a baby crying in the room right next to us.

I was here for an overnight stay while visiting someone in the hospital. Overall, my stay was fine. The food I had was excellent. My main complaint is the toilet in the bathroom of my room was ridiculously low to the floor and had a foot lever to flush. I felt as though I was dealing with a toilet meant for a small child.

The staff was helpful and very polite. They made us feel very welcome. The whole vibe at the swimming pool is amazing. They let us stream family friendly music and the pool bar is great! Some hotels make you feel like your every move is watched but everyone at this hotel was so friendly.

Great location for Inner Harbor. Amazing view from room. Beautiful lobby. Hallways run down a bit. Bed not too comfortable and air conditioner had a mind of its own. Also, family with kids put next to me and my husband. They had us up at 6:30. I like hotels that have designated family with kids floors.

I was very disappointed with my stay in your hotel. I came to Baltimore to go to an Orioles game with my family, and your customer service was horrible. I have stayed with you before, and everything was wonderful. It started when I took my family to the pool, and asked the bartender for food and drinks. I was told that he was going to ask to close the bar down in “about an hour”, so I immediately felt rushed. Then when I ordered, was told I couldn’t get wings because the grill “doesn’t get hot enough up here to cook them.” When ordering a drink, he was out of the first 3 beverages I ordered, then was told I could get a Tito’s and soda, but he would have to charge me for a Tito’s frozen drink. WHAT? That makes no sense. So we paid our check, which had an added 16% gratuity that I wasn’t made aware of, and left. After returning from the game, we went to the bar in the lobby. It was 10pm. They closed at 11, which again we were made aware of when we attempted to order food and were told it “would have to be to go, because we are closing soon”. Poor customer service again! I was never given an itemized check to see if there was a gratuity added, and when I asked, the bartender told me no!!! I have been in customer service for over 20 years, and your staff is unappreciative, rude, and seem to be bothered by guests. I still left a 25% tip because I can’t leave a bad tip. This experience has put a bad taste in my mouth, and I will not be returning to your establishment in the future.

The location was fabulous. We went to the Orioles game at Camden Yards. Walked to and from stadium. Short walk.
The check in staff were efficient and friendly. The rooms were clean. Bedding was clean. I felt it could have been more polished. Bathroom was cleaned yet I felt details were not there.
Our rooms were ok. mine was a peek a boo to the water and family was over the industrial part of the building. I sometimes feel with hotels.com we get the secondary rooms because of the discount and not a discounted good room. The hotel lounge was nice to have after the game but it seemed they were not prepared for a crowd. Especially since it was a Friday night and a big game night. I find the location of the lounge odd as they have these large pyramid like windows in the hotel yet the lounge is tucked in a corner away from the windows. It would have been a better interior archectual design to have incorporated the lounge to a more visual place. All in all we will return as location is great and a nice facility over all.
Hotel was nice and I would stay there again.
