My check in process was amazing, with the free upgrade, the wonderful customer service at the front desk and valet. I loved my room and comfort it had for my family of 3. We ate at the hotel restaurant and the food was so good as well as the service. Especially with only one person covering. My only dislike was the woman who was in charge of making waffles my second morning. I was first bother by the fact someone is making my food at a self-service breakfast. Second the woman made several people waffle before she made mines. On top of the fact that she seems to be the only person in the hotel that was rude. My toddler had to wait almost 20mins for breakfast. Saturday morning everyone made their own waffles so I don't know why there was a change on Sunday morning. Even with that I would still return this was defiantly a great location.

The CUSTOMER SERVICE was exceptional. From Valet, to front desk to the food service. Rooms are spacious and convenient with the kitchen. Great for families. Breakfast was included which was a plus. I recommend valeting the car it was so easy and with a touch of a link they have your car ready for in/out privileges. It was close to inner harbor & convention center. Many places to eat near by. Things I recommend would be to have a toaster and air fryer in the kitchen. The duvet/comforter bedding needs an upgrade as it was a little worn out. Also extra TP should be in the bathroom as we didn’t use the housekeeping service. Would stay here again. The costumer servicr was really remarkable!

I brought my son and teammate (both 13 years old) to Baltimore for a national chess tournament. Our stay was from Thursday, April 4 through Monday, April 8. We had a great time and loved the amenities (full fridge, cooktop, microwave, kitchen sink, coffee maker, FREE wonderful breakfast). Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms are modern and clean. The chess tournament was at the convention center which was an easy/safe walk from the Residence Inn straight down Light Street to Pratt (less than 10 minutes). We loved the Dunkin' Doughnuts next door to the hotel and also were happy to find good kid-friendly restaurants nearby. The kids were also thrilled to find a free pool table in the hotel sports bar ("Urban Roost"). They played pool every night. ON the last evening we walked down to the harbor and shopped. We also ate at Hard Rock. Easy walk back--and felt pefectly safe even at almost 9 pm. Thanks for a great stay!

The staff were very friendly and thoughtful. They were knowledgeable of the area and offered suggestions for fun things to do in the area. Everyone I encountered had pleasant demeanors and handled complaints with great poise. I would definitely stay and recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Came here with my family from traveling from Florida once I walked in I greeting the lady behind the front desk and you could already tell she hated here job from the attitude in here voice from handing me the key card. Never will be back here again. Kind of heavy set lady with an emotionless face. Need better staff

The room was dirty , pull out couch was disgusting - stained , blood stains . Very smelly room . Woken up in the middle of the night by gunshots outside the hotel . Dirty city . The valet staff were great , super friendly and helpful . I wish I knew the name of the woman at the counter who was working when we checked out … she was awesome . Lots of things to do very close to the hotel , if you have kids with you do your activities during the day .

The staff was absolutely amazing! I can’t remember the young African American lady’s name with the braces who checked us in Thursday evening, but she was nothing short of fantastic! She got my family and I moved out of a room that wasn’t as clean as we liked, provided us a couple of drink tickets for the mishap, and apologized sincerely. She’s the perfect example of taking care of the customer and the situation at the same time. If I’m ever in Baltimore again, I’d choose this place if she was still there - without a doubt! Thank you ma’am!
