Hampton Inn & Suites Baltimore Inner Harbor

The pool was closed abruptly while we were in the pool for cleaning purposes. Myself and a few other guest complained about the situation to the front desk and we were tell that management request the pool to be closed due to the many kids that were in the pool . Very disappointed don’t think I’ll visit again.

We came to Baltimore for a couple days for family vacation to see the Orioles play. The hotel was close to the field and convenient to the restaurants we chose to try. Our 2 complaints: 1. our a/c did not work well-it never did get to the desired temperature. 2. We paid $90 for 2 nights of parking and it took no less than 30 minutes every time we tried to get our car to go somewhere. In fact, every single time we came down to pick up our car, they claimed they had not gotten our requests and had not even left to get our car. Very frustrating for the price we paid to park/valet.

I came into town to visit family, with plans to see an Orioles game and a concert. I intended to book a room near the stadium, but I was very pleased with the Hampton Inn Inner Harbor. When I arrived I was greeted by Jawon, who was extremely friendly and welcoming. The facilities were clean and up to date, valet staff was pleasant, and the cleaning staff seemed to be busy at all times. I was told the area near the hotel was near a club, but I didn’t experience any issues with noise or displeasing behavior. My family stayed on a holiday weekend, and there were a lot of events going on in town. There isn’t a lot to offer right around the hotel, but it was nice that the hotel was just about a 15 minute walk to both the stadium and the arena; as well as the harbor. Overall, we had a great experience.

Hotel was very close to the harbor. Great food options around the hotel. Breakfast was great at the hotel and pool and amenities were nice. Rooms were very spacious. Great for families with children. Highly recommend.

we stayed as a family of 4 with a toddler. the breakfast was good and hot and there were hot beverages available at all times. the staff was amazing.

The free breakfast included with the stay was very good. It includes a range of hot and cold breakfast foods and drinks, as well as family seating areas where younger children could view cartoons during the meal. I wish there was a microwave in our room. Overall, our stay pleasant and enjoyable.

My three grandchildren ages, 6, 6, and 4 had to sleep on a dirty sofa until time to check in. I was told several lies by the staff about checking in early. I left the hotel and went to Best Western plus.

Very lovely staff at Hampton Inn and suites. Walking distance to major attractions. Lovely breakfast. Stayed with toddler and rooms were safe and clean.

We really loved it! the hotel is clean, comfortable, & convenient! Breakfast was great! & we loved how close you are to the Harbor!! we can’t wait to come back! We had issues with the wifi & the pool isn’t what you expect lol but overall it was still a great stay!…I would definitely recommend for families!

There was two ladies that were so polite and friendly. The one behind checking with the braids on a bun and the tall one with long dreads. The hotel room was spacious and I love it. Enough space for me and the kids. We enjoyed our short stay. Breakfast was great
