The staff made my cousin nd I feel like we were part of a family. They were warm, welcoming, friendly, and a wealth of information regarding Baltimore. My grandmother was born in Baltimore and my great grandparents are buried there. I was able to find their resting place and the staff were quite happy for me! My only complaint regarding the room, is the lack of lighting in the "Livingroom" area. Great lighting in the kitchen and bed area, very dark elsewhere.

Very good hotel stay ex specially compared to our families hotel stays at competitors in the past . Exceptional service and cleanliness. The only negative I have found was the comfort of the pull out bed lol

This hotel is amazing! Friendly desk staff who even walked us to our room to be sure housekeeping was done. They ran out of our reserved room and upgraded us to two connecting rooms, it made our day after a long day of travel with kids. Rooms were very clean and beds were great. Breakfast buffet was 10/10. Only downfall would be the parking situation. We got different info from the third party site we booked through and the hotel’s site. We parked in the garage that has a sign saying ‘hotel parking’ and then asked the desk if we were in the right spot. She basically told us that we parked at our own liability. I think we were supposed to book parking at time of reservation? Either way it worked out but more direction would’ve been helpful since we had suitcases and kids to lug around.

I arrived around 6:30 on a Friday to be greeted by a guy at the front desk who told me, “Hotels.Com should have contacted you. You’ve been relocated. We have a room for you if you want it, but there’s no hot water.” Hotels.com had not contacted me, and when I got in touch with someone on their online chat, she had no idea what was happening. So here I was, in the dark literally and figuratively, in a city I don’t know, with two kids under the age of 8 and no hotel reservations. Eventually customer service gave me a $50 credit “for my troubles” and I found a new hotel. But this was a serious pain in the a$$. The guy at the front desk at the SpringHill Suites was nice enough, but the lobby was rundown and torn apart for renovations. We ended up at the Renaissance down the street and it was much nicer, and a bit more centrally located.

I loved that they had a sofa/bed. We are a family of 5 and it was nice to be all in the same room. I only wished they include breakfast.

Our family was very pleased with our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was also just what we needed to get our day going. The only thing that didn’t work out great was the shampoo dispenser on the shower wall should’ve been refilled before our stay. However, I would definitely stay here again if we cruise out of Baltimore in the future.

Checked in right at 10pm with my family of five, was shown a sign taped to the counter saying that the water will be shut down from 10pm to 4am. We had no other choices to go since it was so late, the person at the front desk did not even offer us anything to accommodate our stay. No heads up on the water shut down. We ended up had no water for the whole night…
