Hampton Inn Baltimore/Glen Burnie

Found a used needle in the bushes in front of the hotel. We put it in a cup and gave it to the front desk who asked "What do you want me to do with it" to which we stated "Maybe dispose of it properly so that no one's kid or pet picks it up or steps in it by accident. Cue the eye-roll and attitude about not wanting to touch the sealed cup that the needle was placed into.

Please Please Please !!!!! Do Not pay attention to the negative reviews or complaint by those customer who wants and demand a A hotel/ motel when they are not paying the prices of it ……. The hotel is amazing; its close to many shoppings venues and various restaurants to chose from. The breakfast its from 6am- 10am, I did not get a chance enjoy but I picked a banana and an apple for my 11 months child and its look delicious !!!!!!!! Close to baltimore (15-20 mins drive) !!!!!!!!! People complaint for stupid stuff but don't appreciate the little things !!!

The bathtub faucet was leaking severely. Almost a constant drip. I reported the issue the first night. No one fixed it the entire stay, even though they said someone would. I utilized several towels to mute the constant sound so my child and I could sleep. The towels helped a little. But, it made showering difficult and used up all our towels.

This hotel is a perfect location to visit our family and friends. Unfortunately, the rooms are not maintained sufficiently. The first room we were assigned the heat would not go below 80 degrees and the second room we had to move to did not have a proper working faucet in the bathtub and there was a trick to get hot water. Traveling is exhausting and the last thing a patron wants is to have to call the front desk multiple times due issues with heat and hot water. The staff and manager were very friendly and accommodating but in my opinion, these things should be a non issue. Very disappointed with the Hampton line of Hotels this trip. This was the second facility we stayed in during our trip and we had similar issues as well. I hope this message gets to corporate management so they can improve their processes to identify issues pro actively to ensure everyone’s assigned room is in perfect working order for a pleasant stay. I have to think long and hard before staying at a Hampton again in the future.

Specially morning breakfast was I have never been seen like this hotel all my family was happy.
