Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport

Nice hotel. Staff is polite . The bar guy was new and excited to learn and make some drinks. The energy was excellent! The breakfast option is (PRO) something you don’t want to miss. The staff is attentive and happy to fill your belly . Plus breakfast is over at 11AM which is unique!! Ms.Antonie was amazing, five stars . She was super polite and skilled in memory. She had about 4 different omelette orders and remembered them all while holding a conversation. All of the staff was nice . We even stayed an extra 30 mins in the pool-(no problem) super nice of them . Oh and the pool is COLD and the heater doesn’t work for it but that’s ok , it’s a pool not a hot tub. The only CON was check in . I was told since I booked through a third party (Expedia) I was not guaranteed that I would be getting the exact room I booked online . I booked for a King bed and the desk reception informed me unfortunately it would’ve to be 2 queen beds. After a suggestion to speak to a manager, the room suddenly appeared available so that was that but otherwise I’ll come back here when I visit MD again . It’s 20 mins from the inner harbor . Cracker Barrel is right up the block. Parking lot was full so come early for a quicker access to the front door. It was a family reunion and a bachelorette party there so that tells you enough it’s a suggest hotel . Love from NYC.

Over all a wonderful stay. Service was excellent. The hotel was beautiful and very well taken care of. Took my kiddo to the indoor pool. Well maintained, clean, and she had a wonderful time. Will definitely be staying here again.

Very nice hotel, beds were amazingly comfortable, food was great and would definitely recommend to family and friends!!
