Hyatt Place Baltimore/BWI Airport

The couch was broken when we came into our room. The kids were disappointed the pool was not available. The room really needed to be updated.

The TV ,hair dryer was not working even the TV in the one at my family's room.We think the rooms need renovation.

The stay was great. Unfortunately, the pictures advertise a pool. When I asked the front desk agent, they advised me that they no longer have a pool. Although our booking wasn't sole based on the pool. It heavily influenced our decision due to it being an activity to do with our young child.

I was highly impressed when we got to our room. It is very spacious and perfect for our little family of 6. There’s 2 double beds and a double sofa bed. The room is separated in to a sitting area and sleeping area. It was perfect for our 1 night stay before flying out (would be perfect for an extended trip as well). We will definitely be staying here again for our next trip.

The room was very sticky. Carpet did not look clean. Something like bbq sauce on bathroom door and remote. Pool is very uninviting, my kids who love to swim looked in their & would not get in. Really surprised that Hyatt Hotels have this property in this condition. Ice machine was not working, had sign on it and both computers in business center were broken down with sign on them. A complete waste of money!

I was pleasantly surprised with the breakfast options. I honestly wasn’t expecting much but it was a nice surprise to have so many options. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was nice and cold when we got in. The bed was so comfortable and overall cleanliness was ok but the showers could use some love as there were mold spots. Out th wasn’t working but it wasn’t a big deal since we just needed a place to rest for 1 night. I would stay here with my family again

Room was nice, had a major leak from room above leaking from light fixture in bathroom. They had matinence work on it right away, was taken care of within 2 hours. Grandkids really enjoyed the stay and pool was awesome as was breakfast. Thank you!

Floors in the room were very stained; no one ever came to refresh the beds or bring fresh washcloths and towels; kids running up and down the hallway at 6:30 in the morning on a Saturday; the BED was SO UNCOMFORTABLE! This was very surprising for the Hyatt

Getting there: easy on/off of 295, would be quick access to airport, easy signup at desk for stay and fly program. 10 minutes to Horseshoe Casino for fun and dinner. Ruby Tuesday's in parking lot, yelp reviews not good but it was crowded on a Monday evening. Check in- quick, no issues.Check out- quicker. Card required for $50 incidental fee potential. Appearance- dated, couch with stains, dirt in cushions, loose plumbing fixtures, bed appeared fresh. All ice machines on 1st/3rd floor inoperable. No vending machines in open spot next to them. Gym looked clean from door. Did not see pool but a family with kids seemed happy walking back to their room all wet and wrapped in towels. Function- full couch, work area, separate from bed which is why I love Hyatt Place concept. I had the room right across from the elevator but never heard a "ding", maybe one voice so noise not an issue, especially with your TV and air conditioning on. Breakfast- limited but standard fare- egg scramble, turkey patty, potatoes, 3 types cereal, milk/almond milk, some fruit, and bread/bagel with toaster. Other foods- there were pics on wall of food available at main counter but appearance of non-use. There were some bottled drinks available for purchase, no water. Will always choose HP for room size when pricing is similar to other properties in proximity.
