Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Cincinnati Airport, KY

We arrived right at check-in time and had to wait in line approximately 20 minutes to check in behind for other families as there was only one employee. The room was very clean and either new or freshly remodeled. The smell was very neutral and everything in our room functioned normally. We stayed one night and our check out was very smooth and quick.

Great value and nice clean rooms for the price we paid compared to other hotels in the area! The had some kids that kept running up and down the halls and the noise does easily carry into the rooms, but everything else was great for our family!

I called ahead of time and requested a top floor room. The lady told me I would have room 419. When I checked in, I was given room on the 3rd floor. I told the hotel staff about speaking to someone about top floor. He said there were no rooms left in the top floor. Also, the pool was broken. I had my 3 grandchildren and paid for a hotel with a pool. I wish I would have been notified ahead of time that the pool was broken/closed. The hotel was clean and quiet. Thankful for that.

There were several things I didn’t like about this hotel: 1. There were stains on the mattress, the lounge chair and the computer chair. 2. Paint chipped on the doorways like a pet was stuck in the bathroom at one point. 3. Soap was opened 4. Room service was not supposed to come in but every three days. They came in on day one when we were gone and turned our air up to 80* degrees, causing our chocolates to melt. It was very stuffy the whole time, especially after they turned it up. 5. The pool is like a stone tomb, the room echoes every sound off the walls and into your brain. Especially when there are kids who do not follow the rules and dive in and scream. Not pleasant. Was dirty too. 6. Air does not circulate well in the two rooms. It’s hot in the lounge room, and cooler in the bedroom (but not as cold as we’d like) As far as good things: 1. It’s close to Cincinnati 2. Right by the airport 3. Free breakfast 4. Free cookies anytime of the day Not horrible, but could definitely improve. For a weekend stay it was okay. More than a few nights and it would be a no -go.

As my kids and I were in our room, another party was also checked into our room leaving my oldest child concerned as he was afraid someone would be able to come in through the night. This again happened to another family who was upset about it in the lobby and was simply told it was a “glitch”. The pool water was cloudy and cold, overwhelming smell of chemicals but they part was tolerable. Shower in the room was dirty. Room was on the bottom floor and strongly smelled of mildew. Thankfully we were only there for a night, as this momma didn’t get any sleep and definitely couldn’t have done a second night.

The only thing I would change i would have pool close at 8pm. Very loud kids in the pool until 10pm. Difficult to rest with loudness. The family were loud in general at breakfast going intostairs etc. The parents were loud at breakfast shouti hover kids to be heard. Other than encounter with rudeness demonstrated by the family

The staff was nice and would promptly address the guests Concerns or requests. The place was really clean and the prices are right I will highly recommend this facility to anyone or any family who is looking for a nice quiet environment.

Great and safe family was comfortable good for airport too

We had a wonderful stay. My family just needed a safe and comfortable spot to stop and rest. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

I hosted a birthday party for my granddaughter and four of her friends. The front desk person recognized someone in my party and called her ex-husband, she has a five year protective order, the staff called and let him know our exact location and RM number. She left at four am as she didn't feel safe. This put not only her but the children in danger as well. The rest of the staff was wonderful. This same employee left vomit in the pool and wouldn't clean so our pool party was cut short, the whole reason I booked a RM for two nights was so she could have a pool party! Unless this employee is dealt with for endangering us I will not stay at any Country Suites.
