Fabulous hotel for the price! Wonderful service. Rooms were so spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had great options and was delicious. Everyone was kind and engaging with our kiddos. We would for sure stay again!

The hotel was good … the only thing i was disappointed with was no daily room cleaning??? Especially when there are 3 adults and 2 children in a room one being a baby in diapers!!! We didnt have enough bath towels or hand towels!!! The breakfast was good and front desk staff was good…

Nice place to stay. Disappointed they didnt have a hot tub but my kids enjoyed the pool. Staff was great!

Everyone staff member I had contact with was very friendly. Breakfast was standard. The pictures made it look the there was a hot Tub, but it was just a shallow area connected to the pool. We came with two preschool aged kids who were excited to swim. The pool was closed until noon in the morning. They were draining it for some reason and refilling it. The kids were very disappointed, but the staff let us know we could use their sister hotel next door and swim. That made our morning! Both beds in our room seemed very comfy. Only complaint would be the frosted doors in the bathroom. Could not turn on the light when it was dark without the risk of waking everyone up. Lots of restaurant choices within a mile. Would definitely stay again the next time we are in the area.

Hotel was clean with nice rooms. The shuttle service was lacking. I had to wait almost an hour at the airport to get picked up while watching at least 3 Marriott, Doubletree, and Quality Inn shuttles pass by. I called two times and it still took too long. Also, I asked the front desk what time I should leave in the morning to catch my flight and was told at 5. Our family was ready to go at 5am to be told we had to sign up for the shuttle and it was full. I didn’t trust it to come back in time so we took an Uber. The main reason we chose this hotel was because the shuttle to and from the airport and that was a big let down. If you need to take a shuttle, I recommend staying elsewhere, otherwise it was great.

Our stay at the SpringHill Suites was absolutely amazing. The staff, especially the ladies working the front desk overnight, were absolutely fantastic. The hotel was very accommodating, the pool was wonderful for a trip with little ones, and the breakfast was fantastic. We will stay at this property the next time we are in the area!

My family and I had a wonderful time. The whole hotel was very nice and clean. Each day the breakfast was a little different which was a nice change. The only criticism I could give would be the having 4 towels in each room upon arriving since the room did have 2 queen size beds. We stayed 3 night and had to go ask for more towels twice and then toilet paper. But the front desk was very nice and those things weren’t an issue for us.

The hotel was packed with kids, enjoying the pool, and grilling outside with the families. Had a long day on the road, and after dinner heard not a single noise. Great room, and quiet too! Quick check in and check out.

My 3rd stay! Love this place. Everyone is friendly, courteous and treats you like family. I wont stay anywhere else when in town.
