Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Erlanger, KY - Cincinnati Airport

We’ve stayed here many times for activities int he area with our kids. Good location with many choices available. Would stay again!

I don't remember the name of the lady who checked us in, but she was very friendly, My grandkids enjoyed the pool, a little cold for me, The room was very comfortable.If I stay in this area again, I'm sure I will use this hotel again,

We enjoyed our stay, but there are areas for improvement. The photos on the website make the hotel seem much newer than it really is. It was very clean, but very old. My kids loved the pool, and breakfast was good. The staff were friendly, but we did get shushed in the front lobby while talking as a group (not yelling, just talking). Walls were thin as well. Overall, It was a great budget stay - it was clean and comfortable with a nice pool and warm breakfast.

Front desk staff was great and helpful. We had a family emergency while on vacation. We stayed here and family that came up for emergency stayed. They were very helpful keeping us a place to stay. We didn’t know how long we would be there. This hotel is clean. Beds are comfortable.

The entire hotel smelled of mold and mildew. My daughter and husband checked in on Friday after driving all night from Toronto and attending a University event Athat Friday morning in Cincinnati. They checked in at 2pm and went to their room which over looked the abandoned/dilapidated outdoor pool (will attach a picture if possible). The bedding had sand & dirt on it and the Television did not work at all. They called the front desk and someone came to fix the TV but no one showed up for the bedding. My husband and daughter went out to get dinner and called to let me know that they were both starting to feel sick from the smell and air quality in the hotel. I called Expedia right away and they were able to cancel the second night stay at this hotel. While I was grateful for the cancellation of the 2nd night, the Customer Service Rep at Expedia would not cancel, give a partial credit, issue Expedia points or even offer to change rooms for my family as a Gesture of Good will. The hotel was not as advertised and this is definitely a health and safety concern. I was very disappointed in the out come and will seriously have to think about whether our family will be using Expedia moving forward to book our travel.

Location was perfect. Room was what we needed for the stay. Very clean and friendly staff. The bed was not comfortable and sleeping was difficult. We were traveling with a toddler and it was perfect. Only downside was the bed.
