Holiday Inn Cincinnati Airport, an IHG Hotel

Iam very upset and holiday inn said they can’t refund me that I have to reach out to the 3rd party. They were going to but couldn’t because it was a 3rd party. The rooms water was scolding hot no cold at all they were supose to fix it while we were at baseball. They didn’t, we got back at 10 they were in our room until after 11:45 by then the kids were asleep. The tv didn’t work. The water still didn’t work. So we were at baseball in the sun all day sweaty stinky HOT and couldn’t even shower. Who do I speak with at Expedia to help correct this issue. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I never complain but. Iam so unhappy,

The only thing good about our stay was the comfort of the bed. We checked in around 7pm and noticed a few ants. We chalked it up to “hey things happen”. Then we woke up and realized our whole family had ants on us in the bed. Mind you, we did no eating in the room for our one night stay to attract any sort of bugs. We showed the lady at the front desk just a fraction of the ants in the room that we killed on a napkin, and the lady shrugged said “ants?” Did not acknowledge our complaint and asked us if we wanted a receipt. So obviously the service was worthless. I would NOT recommend staying here.

Parts under construction, no hot tub as listed, not a lot of food options but kids enjoyed the pool and easy to get to the airport. Staff was nice and let us take some breakfast items for the kids since we had to leave so early.

It was a one night stay for a quick visit to see family and its definitely a good pick for an affordable price. There are always updates that can be made when it comes to the bathrooms but they served their purpose and were clean and serviced. The pool wasn't available which was a slight inconvenience due to the fact that the pool was something I looked for when choosing where we stayed. Other than that it wasnt a bad choice

The rooms were not well taken care of, I had 2 rooms, one room had part of the wall all messed up like they were doing construction, the other room had a women’s weave on the floor, parts of it got into the kids bed.

Definitely not a family hotel. Asked for two pack n plays and only had one available. The pool was ice cold not heated. Adults unable to swim. Beds was very uncomfortable.

Not happy about how they tried to charge me a $100 pet fee because they “are trying to discourage pets from staying there.” Despite them being labeled pet friendly on your site. After I complained they lowered it to $50 but that’s still way more than other pet friendly hotels. Also, the bathtub was rusted out and my wife didn’t even want to give our baby a bath in it.

Ok. The hotel is located near the airport. The conditions were ok, but showed signs of age. Price was acceptable, and staff was pleasant. The family in the adjoining room was a little bit too noisy. Lack of parenting skills, since dad seemed to be more interested in ESPN. Volume was over the top.

We had a great time. The only issue was we had an adjoining room and the people in there were SO loud and yelling a lot and had a child screaming. The hotel itself was nice and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

We went to see a concert and had 2 rooms for 2 nights. There are some issues/repairs that need to be addressed at this hotel: 1. General maintenance seems to be lacking in the rooms which could also use some renovating. There were problems with the toilet (Rm. 326), which was running constantly, with HOT water. There was also a hole in the wall behind the door. Cleanliness in both rooms could be improved, with better vacuuming and sweeping. The toenail clippings in our kids’ room was disgusting! 2. Housekeeping should be aware of how many guests are in each room. There were not enough towels for 4 guests. 3. Upon returning to the hotel one evening, the front desk clerk was on his cell phone and asked me to wait 2 minutes, which I did not. Not sure if the call was personal or work related. 4. The room to room phones did not work, which was a pain. When we called the front desk, we were told they were broken. How is it possible to call the front desk, but not other rooms? 5. We had buffet breakfast one morning. Both the service and food were excellent! The servers were cheerful and attentive. The buffet was replenished in a timely manner by the chef and the fresh straw/blueberries, pineapple and melons were delicious. $20 included everything and the kids ate at half price. We did notice that some patrons had vouchers and did not have to pay.
