Hotel was very close to exit, easy accessing and next to gas station, which is good for rental car return. Took some time to check-in due to incorrect input of my name, first name and family name, in reverse order by hotel stuff.

My AA flight back to NYC got canceled unexpectedly and I booked this hotel for my family to stay one night as an emergency resource. I found a two queen bed bedroom, exactly what we needed. The room was comfortable. Also, the hotel has a nice, small dining area where I could get food for the evening. The dinning area service was very good. The only downside point was the waiting time at the airport for the shuttle (we were informed it would take 10 minutes and we waited for more than 30 minutes). The person at the front desk insisted that the shuttle had been on the airport but we were there long enough to know better. At the end, this was just an incident. We enjoyed our stay.

We were supposed to have a crib & pull out sofa for our kids...nothing was there or available even though I confirmed before arriving. Was told those are accommodations not guarantees....do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
