Comfort Suites Cincinnati Airport

This place was terrible. To start with, I had called this comfort inn before I reserved the rooms to see if I could park my car in their lot while we were on our family vacation. They told me that I could and seven days were included with my room, we had reserved two rooms. I called again the morning of our stay and I spoke to a very rude man who informed me that I could not keep the car there unless I had signed up to do so on the choice website. He told me it was too late to do it as a complementary parking so he charged me $120 to park there for 12 days, nobody told me that that would be the case. When we got to the rooms, They were nasty. The carpet was moist and the tile floors as you walk in the rooms were slippery and greasy. The rooms smelled like mildew, and the place was very noisy. I will never stay a comfort inn again.

The room was very spacious and met the needs of our family. Only real complaint was that the room felt and smelled damp. There were 3 different moisture absorbents visible in the room and it still had a weird smell. Wish there was a hot tub and pool was almost too cold.

Great service and clean. Good for families.

I waited for 20 minutes to check in because the front desk worker was also the shutttle guy and was taking someone to airport. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working, the ice machine was broke on first floor, and the pool was “out of order” which was very disappointing because we had a toddler.

Traveled with family and flew into Cincinnati airport, stayed at the Comfort Suites. We arrived at the hotel at about 11:30 pm, went to take a shower and there was hair on the walls and base of the tub, clearly it was not cleaned well that day, and very outdated. Went down to breakfast in the morning and very limited offering. We checked out of the hotel and made our way to our venue for a couple days. On Sunday night we made our way back to the Comfort suites as we had a flight out very early Monday morning. Checked in yet again (BIG MISTAKE ) My niece and her husband went to their room before we went to dinner, and they had a bad odor in the room, not really sure what it was, they had some room freshener and spayed before we left. Had dinner and made our way to the hotel again for the night. Everyone made their way to their rooms, We received a text message from my niece informing us that they found the reason for the smell in the room. Someone or something urinated in the bed, They we getting ready to go to bed and pulled back the Bed Cover only to find the sheets stained and wet with the urine. They went to the front desk to ask for a room change and that took some time to get completed. I should have suggested a hotel change before we went there for the second night, but again, did not want to everyone be inconvenienced by making the changes. Do not think I will be staying at another Comfort Suites anytime soon. Very sad !

The hotel was filled with middle school children running up and down the hallways and cleaning out the breakfast buffet.

They advertised a pool and that was one of the main resons for booking this hotel. to allow the kids to expel some energy and when we checked in we were told the [pool was not operational. then we were told that the room we got the keys for was double booked and had to be switched. this double booked happened again in the same night when someone else tried to get into our room, thinking it was theirs.

We stayed for two nights,the rooms never got cleaned or changed towels, the restroom was dirty. The pool was closed and it did not say anything when we booked the room, We had kids who expected to enjoy the pool, but never did.

No one at front desk, standing here waiting. A sign says we'll be right back, waiting in the lobby with two kids, ready to go to sleep.

Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Chose hotel based upon location, price, pool and breakfast. Location was fine, price was a little high for what we received. The pool was CLOSED which is one of the main reasons for choosing. The family was thoroughly disappointed. Nowhere does it state this on the website. Breakfast was fair but very limited. Cleanliness of the rooms was not good. Streaks on all the mirrors and surfaces and seemed like a lack of upkeep. Would not recommend.
