We had a lovely stay. The hotel hosts family every week for boot camp graduation and provided a wonderful packet of information that was very helpful. The only thing that concerned me is that I had to request cleaning service of my room on the second day. At this point, please provide service unless requested not to. Those services are part of why we stay in hotels vs airbnbs.

We had a fantastic stay! Everything from the front desk to the bottom of the pool was amazing! Very clean, very family friendly. We would absolutely be staying here again if were ever back this way. We were here for our sons Navy Graduation. The front desk staff were so helpful and kind!

The stay here was great. We were staying at this location because our daughter graduated from Navy bootcamp. They had an info packet they passed out to Navy families that welcomed them and also came with instructions. Restaurants and shops were within close proximity. They only thing that I didn't like was that dinner service was closed both nights I was there. I chose this hotel because of the bistro inside it. I didn't get alot of time with my daughter so I wanted to take advantage of the pool, hot tub, and bistro instead of having to go elsewhere for the food. Anyway, other than that it was a good day and breakfast was good!

Really great hotel! You have to pay for breakfast. I opted to add $20 at the time of booking so we could have breakfast. You order from a menu and they cook it fresh for you. Seriously the BEST hotel breakfast I’ve had! $20 for a family of 4. Very comfortable mattresses. The pool and hot tub were great!

Overall the place was very nice and rooms were well maintained. However, we were across from an extremely loud family and we had to call the front desk and complain. They never got more quiet and the hotel, did nothing about it. Extremely disappointed with the experience

Check was great, nice and friendly. The next morning however was a different story. Went for our breakfast, which we had paid before hand. There was some mix up with breakfast for a group of soccer players (kids) that had the restaurant staff in a bad mood. They were rude and I could see how displease the group was. That attitude continued with us, my husband and I decided to leave. Customer service can make your stay great or unsatisfactory.

The staff were friendly. Everything was clean. Nice pool and jacuzzi. You can walk to many restaurants and fast food and Starbucks. I wish they kept children out of jacuzzi.

Stayed 2 nights for Navy Graduation. the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was clean and amazingly quiet. As to the minuses - there is no free breakfast. There is a 'Bistro' by Starbucks on site that offers breakfast but it is a bit pricey. The 'Queen' beds in the room were actually double/full beds so that was a little 'snug'. Location was very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Grandchildren enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
