We had a wonderful time staying at the Hampton Inn in Gurnee. Front desk personnel were always polite and friendly. The rooms are clean and they have great commodities like the breakfast buffet, the fitness center and a heated pool. Short distance drive to everything. Our family really enjoyed our stay here. Very affordable, will definitely book again in the future.

Was ok but not perfect, just bedroom wasn’t clean , we found little pieces of paper on floor and bathrooms, dust on tables Quiete, silence, sleep very well and breakfast was good .. I recommend this hotel for family’s

We had car issues, ended up stranded in the rain, arrived soaking wet and just completely exhausted. The staff was super accommodating, grabbing us clean towels to keep the kids warm while we checked in, and offering us hot chocolate to warm up. I felt so welcome and taken care of… 6/5 stars… above and beyond!

Housekeeping enters room despite ignored knocking and locked doors! At 8:50 am housekeeping entered the room of a family with 2 small special needs children. Toilet seat was stained with dirty smears and toilet was not flushed upon entering!!

My stay was short, and I couldn’t have had a better experience for such a short time the man at the front desk I believe his name was Lucas was fantastic he helped me with everything I needed such a grate place will definitely come back in the future and recommend this place to friends n family

We were happy with the hotel and its convince to food and shopping. The shower was great, the bed and pillows comfortable. Although lots of kids were staying there the room was quiet. Breakfast was good. We would stay again.

Very pleasant experience. Hotel was very clean and inviting. Staff very friendly. Very convenient to Great America Six Flags and eating establishments. Our Grandkids loved the outdoor pool. Will definitely stay here again.

We were very impressed with the overall quality and especially the customer service. They went above and beyond. Beryl took the kids in our group for a quick tour to see the pool while we checked in. She is a former teacher and talked with them about their favorite books. The man at the front desk took time after we checked in to continue to look for our rewards account and connect for us to get all available points.
