Such a nice hotel!!! The amenities were clean and new. Hotel room were so spacious and perfect for our large family. We had a great stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is lacking but that’s my only complaint.

My overall stay was comfortable and would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I loved the fact that the hotel access to the lobby was secured each night, to only hotel residents. The hotel parking lot was well lit with streetlights. The hotel staff can improve by offering a wide range of restaurant suggestions at the time of check in. After a couple days stay, I asked the attendant at the front desk if they had a restaurant in hotel and was told they did not. They suggested restaurants nearby but they were either fast food or restaurants I did not prefer. At the time of checkout, I saw the printed list of nearby restaurant suggestion which was too late.

We stayed for our son's boot camp graduation and this place was convenient and clean. They really understood the needs of the visiting military families with gift and information packets.

Worst experience in a hotel in 20 years. I actually never review I only give 10 stars even if not becuase I work in the customer service industry also. Weekend ruined when staff came and pounded on door and accused us of having a party. All we were doing at the time was unpacking and changing 2 small children to take to pool way before 8:00pm. The way we were approached, talked to and the options to just leave if we didn’t like it were just so upsetting. There was no communicating our side or trying to make a compromise without an attitude and short oh well to bad answers. It was only the word of the customer below us that was considered. A suggestion to property manager , place long term renters on top floor and not families if you want to say family friendly. Also, when you are told by front desk that 6:00 is quiet hours then that should be advertised. It doesn’t make any sense only a defense to why they banged on my door so early in the evening.

We will definitely stay here again. The hotel is clean and comfortable, we stayed here while we were visiting our daughter and her family.

The room was nice and very clean. My kid loved the pool and the outdoor area was nice. Despite the fact that the area seemed nice enough, there were a lot of party people there on Saturday night and several of them were visibly smoking weed. I don’t care about weed but it doesn’t really need to be in an open public setting. One woman was trying to start a fight with another woman as we were walking into the door near the pool area. We walked fast and pretended to notice nothing.
